1. (S/STD/NF) On 10 April 1990, four remote viewers (# 018,
025, 032 and 079) conducted a total of four SOLO sessions in an
effort to answer additional requirements a ainst the probable
narcotics smuggling vessel known as The customer
provided the following EEI:
a. Determine current location of the vessel.
b. Determine the time, date and location where the
contraband will be unloaded.
c. Describe the activity at the unloading point at the time
of unloading.
d. Determine and describe the vessel's route of travel.
2. (S/STD/NF) 018 reported that the current (10 0945L APR 90)
location of the vessel is 14 N 28 W. The route of the vessel has
been a fairly straight line from 45 N 17 W to the present
location and will continue this way to the location (1 N 38 W)
where the drugs will be transferred to a small ship. This will
occur late night-early dawn the morning 13 APR 90. The small ship
SG1A will come parallel to and an inflatable chute will be
put. !`~ en the ships. The drugs will be passed down the chute
from down to the small ship. This smaller ship will
leave *e ore day ight and travel northwestward along the South
American Coast to a point right at the Venezuela and Guyana
border. The entire process of transfer through final delivery is
scheduled to happen between Good Friday and Easter Sunday (13-15
APR 90).
3. (S/STD/NF) 025 reported that the current (10 0830L APR 90)
location of the vessel is 19 N 75 W (south of Cuba). The vessel
will travel around the?-tast side of Cuba and proceed to the
southern tip of Flori a (25 N 82 W), where the contraband will be
unloaded. There will "ung men on board guarding the vessel at
the time of offloading,. The drugs originated from Colombia.

4. (S/STD/NF) 032 reported that the vessel is currently (10
1030L APR 90) at 15 03' 31 01' W. From its current location the
vessel is sailing 20-25 knots on a heading of 47.5 magnetic.
Once it. reaches the vicinity of the Canary Islands it will turn
to a heading of 305 magnetic and sail to the vicinity of the
transfer point. The contraband will be transferred to small
ships (which look like speedboats) on 16 April 90, at 2200 hours
local time. The transfer will take place at 53 03' N 54 05' W.
Within 24 hours of the original transfer and within 50 miles of
the original transfer-point, the contraband will be transferred
from the small vessels to sea plane(s). Then during the next
several days the seaplane(s) will make landings in small inland
lakes and waterways through Eastern Canada and the northeastern
US. At these locations the planes will transfer the contraband
to shore based vehicles. All unloading points will be covered by
darkness and out of the normal range of sight (this means that a
person standing on the shore cannot determine the activity at the
transfer point.) Unloading/transfers at inland waters can be
observed but they will be highly secured by armed men on the
shore. All downloading is accomplished by hand.
5. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that the vessel is currently (10
1000L APR 90) located at 19 N 55 W. The vessel is travelling in
a northwesterly direction toward the eastern shore of New Jersey.
The contraband will bo off-loaded along the New Jersey coast in
the vicinity of Atlantic (.,"it.y. The ultimate destination of the
contraband is Philadelphia, PA.
6. (S/STD/NF) Located at TAB A is a map showing all the paints
and approximate routes of the vessel(s) provided by all viewers.
Located at TAB B are all the viewer ' Sion summaries and EEI
