Investigation proceeded by labeling the buildings 'A', '8', and 'C (without ]
095 knowing which was labeled which). 'A' and 'B' were addressed during this j
session. A slight amount of physical Al was reported during this session,
but could not be identified.

Structure A:
Site is a long, narrow building of block construction with a
flat, bumpy roof. It is an older structure about 3-6 stories
tall. It is in a area where the air is smoggy and there are lots
of car sounds. In the front of the building is a open, paved
area where cars are not allowed like a wide sidewalk/plaza.
Associated with the purpose of the structure is the perception of
mid-level military administration: nothing of any real
intelligence interest.
Structure El:
This is newer than at. A. There is construction (not
original) taking place inside. Something is being built: lathes
and drills are being used. The construction will allow the
expand the capability of the structure.
There is a older man (60-70) associated with this as
who is a true bureaucrat. He is pleased that the construction is
getting done because it is another improvement/accomplishment
that he can add to his "support form."
