determine if it carries any contraband in the form of drugs.
1) Describe where the contraband is aboard ship.
2) Describe how the contraband is packaged.

following EEI:
a. Where i its present location?
b. Is it carrying illegal drugs?

a. Inclemencies: None reported.

b. 011 located the ~n a river/harbor area in Honduras.
c. 011 indicated quite a bit of signal--line confusion when asked about
contraband. 011 had impressions of contraband on board, but not in the form
of drugs, and possibly drugs aboard, but as personal possessions, not as
cargo. In order to work through this confusion, the tasking was repeatedly
narrowed until the definition of contraband became illegal drugs presently
on board as cargo". The answer to this question was that there are no
illegal drugs as cargo aboard the at the present time.
d. A movement exercise was performed to the time when the
leave the harbor where it is presently located. No illegal drugs
were perceived at that time, either.
