intelligence of DEA interest.

2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: Coordinates only. After perceiving
'water' in Stage 1, and an AOL of 'DEA problem', 095 was informed that
the target was indeed 'drug-related.'
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Note that 095 may have been perceiving both
the intended 'off-loading' plan, as well as an 'interdiction' plan
(i.e., the involvement of the 'small boat'). 095 was not asked to
determine which one of these perceptions equates to the actual future
event.
