During th- period of 6 to 9 October 1988, the vessel will be
I ocated west of Andros Islands on a course +or Miami, Florida,
where it will D? -load its illegal cargo of cocaine.
The load is stowed slightly aft of amidships below the water

The drugs are wrapped in cellophane-type
material and placed in cement square-shaped, white, cement blocks
identifiable by an added thickness when compared to other blocks
in the hole. The added thickness resulted from the application
of a white "sealant" to the bl.ocks.
(COMMENTSg The following additional data was received
without detail or further amplification and will require
athditional sessions to determine its pertinencyv, "This operation
was conceived in August 1988...; its implementation was questionable
until recently. The ultimate destination of the shipment was
s,where in Missouri via the Gulf of Mexico. The pott,,, of
