(E3/NF :/SK) In October 1908, and again from 4-5 ,: anuar?y 1989, three remote viewers conducted c a total of s i x sessions to r?:r:)l 1. F c't: intelligence information c:::c:rrrcerninto ca facility of int +r?e1rtw Site was portrayed in an overhead photograph, and bordered in yellow (TAB 1).. 2 (iii / NF/Sl?>: ) Source Oil described a":l l ealr'?ge complex consisting of numerous rectangular structures of various dimensions and oriented in various directions with respect to one another. Theme i:st.rt..tG::tures were i. nter?c:r:onrtec::t_ar::l Irac:ith conceptually, and o?ft ::n literally (see Sketch I. at TAB B). It reminded the source of iii large industrial complex that was entirely self-sufficient and contained, with its own power supply, its own processing j and. refining facilities to execute all stages in production from raw material 1. c finished tangible end product (see Sketches '" and at TAB I:1) . ;c:rt..tr?c::c::~ ft.,t:h're~r? described Yi large, object "made .:: .. .: reflective, that round ., up r of many angles, " pr L5smiati.c, tha::aL was hallow but "with something inside" (see Sketch 4 at TAB B). When asked to explore the nature a,tnG:!./or? purpose of this complex, source reported the concepts of prodt~lctio n, fabrication, precision machining, and and final assembly tc:y produce Iii r?r end Ci d ':1i "5 2 e:r rc1 j.. product. The t" object was "structurally metallic," w:Lt.h a "thin skin or cuter shell of as c'c:rmpcasit or other exotic maa't:.ear~:i.a:al" (see Sketch ?.a at TAB 8)> This object was slowly turning or spinning in as clockwise direction. 1?' P'r "geometric panes" tk"rrt? ?rsc t~tr"r:::t:s described as being on the exterior o this object were reported to be smooth, glossy, reflective, shiny, silvery, and hard. The surfaces were required to be flat and geometric because the material was not malleable or machinable-"it must be l::r e:. rn r::s sas 1 c.:: -.. r:+r: i to conform to as specific: shape." There was also r "flaming blast" coming from n as nozzle- like ,:t ? a. t device associated with this object. Subsequent sessions produced concepts of i "very tall, 'indented front' building that was thrrr'i located in relation to as road, hill, asncl'- as distance away to the northeast--a power plant. The complex reportedly involved a "rather large and old-appearing structure" to the west, while "the other buildings appeared much smaller, and arranged in a tight. pattern" 7-which pattern was di rupt:edl haphazardly by bui1dinr,s: arranged in ot.her paatterrtrs Structures were significantly :t e:rr?rger~ Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000600250005-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000600250005-4 than they were wide, and seemed about two stories tall. Source reported no incidence of "end-products" per se. There did occur "machining and tooling of partially or pr?t?+vi ot_tsly formed 'pieces', but do not handle the raw materials." Chemicals are involved, in "cir?y, p::)c,wde r?y form, which source "found to be sticky soli c:isss, similar to solid rocket propellants," but these were brought into the site in bulk ?4 t")r?m and used as part c:)?4F the production process. A loading dc:)ck was then described, where objects of varying sizes were shipped an 't:r 6ccks. Source reported the r..(: mpl E:ex 's most irrrpc:sr't.aarnt product as a "small, shiny, metallic 'bum-frame like' unit (Sketch 7, .!"AB B)" with possible circuit boards inside it.
