During this session, LTC William (Rich) Higgins was seen in
a very green area with large trees. There-was a pond nearby.
The area is known far being green. This area is quite different
from the dust and the browness associated with Lebanon.
Viewer could see LTC Higgins bending down and taping off a
ring from his finger and dropping it to the ground. LTC Higgins
was very well aware that he was taking the ring off his finger..
The ring was worn on the inde.t finger, not on the ring finger as
one might thinF... The ring was perceived as being big and bulky
and black: and gold.
