USMC LTC William (Ri.ch) Higgins is currently located at
Rishknaniyah. See ENCLOSURE 1. The names "Lowell / Muldoon /
Wesley" phonetically surfaced as individuals who are currently
helping in his release. It was also reported during this session
that Higgins may have trouble with a hip upon his release.
Thomas Sutherland is currently located at Marakah. oee
ENCLOSURE 2. At this time, Sutherland is high on the list for
releasability.
Terry Waite and Terry Anderson are currently located at Oaar
Rim. See ENCLOSURE 3.
Joseph Cicippio and Alan Steen are currently located at
Oalat ash Shaqil (Chateau de Beaufort). See ENCLOSURE 4.
Robert Pohill is currently located in Beirut at points
identified as 91 and 90 on the map. See ENCLOSURE 4. Pohill is
more coherent now and he is currently on the move. In previous
sessions it has been reported that he was too ill to be moved.
Jesse Turner is near Beirut. At this time it is difficult
to access his whereabouts. He is not liked at all by his
captors. Turner is also suffering from allergies.
