Approved( For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300610001-1 /NOFORN-SKEET CHANNELS ONLY PROJECT SUN STREAK (U) WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED Session Procedures Report (S/NF/SK) PROJECT NUMBER: 8709 SESSION NUMBER: 5 DATE OF SESSION: 10 SEPT 87 TARGET COUNTRY: REFERENCE: MISSION STATUS: TECHNIQUE UTILIZED: CRV SOURCE IDENTIFIER( 011 --------------------------------------------- ----------------- 1. (S/NF/SK) Monitor Tasking: Implement Phase III of-_this project (see tasking packet). 2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: Begin session in Stage VI by placing a symbolic sketch of the previously perceived aircraft in the center of a worksheet. Next, draw a circle around the aircraft; this will represent a symbolic "barrier". Determine whether or not "plans" associated with the aircraft have crossed this barrier (i.e., explore the idea of "receipt" of such plans) and, if not, whether or not an attempt to steal the plans has occurred. 3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source's summary attached. 4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: Please note that the impressions provided by 011, if correct, would offer one explanation for the difficulty that Source 018 experienced in attempting to resolve the location and configuration (still unresolved) of the aircraft's powerplant.
