1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: No change in tasking. Monitor granted
access to complete tasking packet, (original tasking data sheet
attached). Ops officer directed monitor to apply CRV format to source
021 in an attempt to induce/augment target acquisition/contact.
2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Source performed excellently; good target
acquisition and contact throughout session. Identical cuing strategy
was used for thiS session as that for 04Mar07 CRV session (source *003).
Source was not informed that she had worked this site previously.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source perceived a composite structure made
up of "a large slab or block" and vertical, massive, thin, tall sections
with tapered, metallic open components forming sort of an (AOL) .
"tripod". A continuous high-pitched whine (almost beyond hearing range)
was associated with both parts of this structure. The site itself
commands a panoramic view. The "top" (cue) of the structure has, or
will have, something "off balance" (AOL-"gyroscope"), which has parts
that can move independently of each other. There is a round, globular,
hollow object atop the structure (AOL-"like a sphere"), filled with
"jumbles of things"). There is. a "layer of heat" above the structure,
(AOL) "like heat is being generated to influence the atmosphere".
200 meters WSW of this area is an enclosed pool of liquid, bubbly and
cold with sulphur odors; there is an underground pipe leading into
(feeding), and out of (draining) this pool. ENOyT: Source #003 reported
similar perceptions during. his 04Mar87 session, but _monitor did not
include them in the summary]. Prior Emanations (...66nected with "heating
the atmosphere" were: ? heat, radiating, manmade, spreading, melting,
"almost a visible delineation of winter/spring".
4. (S/NF/SK) Feedback: Monitor complemented source on her
performance and mentioned that source #003 also perceived "liquid" at a

point on the site where photos seemingly indicate otherwise. ENOTE:
Monitor feels that these indicators (sulphur pool, heating) may indicate
the presence/function of an atmospheric heater at this site, possibly in
combination with other devices.
