1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: (Original tasking data sheet attached).

2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Monitor intent was to target the "main
building (probable- operations building)". This target was assigned its
own encrypted coordinate. Source began session with a "joy ride", but
quickly acquired the site after a short session break. Source was
instructed to allow himself some freedom of movement in time (past-
present) so that a greater range of site-related data might be
perceived.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source perceived a large, unfinished
structure with a huge open space inside. At the site are noises and
activities connected with what seems to be construction. Associated
with this structure were a group of men discussion a project. Project
descriptors were "technical, engineering, blueprints, future, leading
edge,-and prototype". The structure is designed to house mechanical and
electrical/electronic equipment; the structur a is the coordination
center for a "system"which will integrate information from many
sources, subject the information to automated decision-making processes,
and distributed "rank-ordered" decisions via numerous pathways. This
system seems to be dedicated to military CaI--it has much stronger
associations with command and control than with physical action (AOL-
"like Planet General Command controlling a space war"). Several
different avenues will be utilized for passing information, but Radio
Frequency energy will predominate; laser communications may play a
part. Some of these transmissions will be tightly focused, but others
will have a three-dimensional output.
