( S/NF/SK ) TASKING: Prior to the session, the Interviewer was again instructed to concentrate on the planned (future) use of this site to determine its true purpose. Prior to actually beginning the session, Source was provided a short brie+ back on the major gestalts He had already provided and told He was to return to this area. During the session Source was provided the same encrypted coordinates as previously provided in keeping with the Extended Remote Viewing (ERV) protocols. Source was provided no other descriptive data pertaining to this site except that noted aI:: ove. 2. ( S/NF/SK ) SESSION: During this session there were no reportable incidents or unusual occurrences which may have affected the results of this data. Following the actual formal session, Source was directed to utilize Coordinate Remote Viewing Stage VI protocols during the post -session interview on those key facilities reported upon the actual ERV session. ( S/NF/SK ) SUMM(.RY: ) Source had no apparent problem in re-acquiring. the proper site and at the direction of the Interviewer, conducted a short "tour" of the site to +ix the previously reported items in his mind and to locate any new facilities or impressions. This technique was apparently successful since Source soon began reporting on the presence of what appeared to be an airfield with, "sleek, metallic objects parked on it". Additionally, Source received a strong impression of "bunker like" structures located near this runway or airstrip. Source also reported that His current impressions of the site were different that previous mia0,14.119/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2000/08/08: CIA-RDP96-00789R000300080001-0 Approved For Release 2000/08/08: CIA-RDP96-00789R000300080001-0 didOMPIP/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY sessions in that the site appeared to Him to be, "much larger than previously thought", with many more buildings and structures than He had originally perceived. b. ( S/NF/SK ) One of the new buildings that Source perceived Jur ing this session was described initially as, "an igloo". When specifically queried about this "igloo" Source reported that this structure was, "located near the runway, hardened, maybe dirt/grass covered, lighted .inside" and possibly used for "storage". Source was unable to positively identify any items being stored in these Istruct.ures. Other areas identified included a general administrative type building similar structures of rather generic meaning. Source did, however, begin to focus on a specific building which He described as, "big, solid" with a relationship to a in type of command or operations center. c. ( S/NF/SK ) A closer examination of this building by Source provided additional data pertaining to this building including such items as, "the rooms are large and the floors (between)? stories are connected by ramps. (There are) several functions going on here (including) G4 (type activity), weather, logistics and supply, command and control, a "lot" of advisors, and a communications "liaison" area". The people here are senior in rank with a, "lot of braid on their uniforms". ( S.NF/SK ) As in previous sessions, Source was "moved - forward in time" to a point when the site was fully operational and directed to report on his perceptions at that future time. In this future period, Source reported that the bunker (igloo) structures which he perceived as storage facilities now contained "something". These items were described as, "metallic, modular, (3.1k.e) a bookcase laid down on its side" An accompanying sketch, prepared in the post ..... session interview, revealed an object resembling a rectangular, open grid object resembling a support pylon. Other items in the bunker included dark, metallic objects which, in the post-session sketch appeared to resemble loose ammunition rounds. No ether definitive data pertaining to this structure or its contents could be discerned. CD,. ( S/NF/SK ) In previous sessions, Source had described the presence of tall, cylindrical objects at this site. Upon re- targeting of the site during this session, Source described these objects (in the future), as being, "elevated, sitting on top of something (at an) angle of about 80 degrees to the ground. Words relating to these cylindrical objects included "tracking, homing, listening, detecting, circumnavigating (an important concept), shuttling, choking (as in the choke of a car), and the presence of "wires". Each of the cylinders is perceived to be independent of the others but "enhanced by the others". A typical sequence of events when this site is utilized for its intended purpose would find orders being received at the larger command type building who would than be required to chart a course of action. These proposed courses of action are than relayed back to the source of the initial order where they are approved, disapproved or modified. The orders are than relayed back to the command building. At this time there,is a mandatory period of "waiting for another decision to.agress'or not". At this time the cylindrical objects are, "heated up, readied and remain on standby. Prior to finishing this session, Source reported one final impression of circular objects, "like dishes standing on edge" located "directly in front of the igloos". According to Source there were several of these objects and they were important to the overall functioning of this site. 4. ( S/NF/SK ) OPS FEEDBACKN At the end of this session, Source had completed +our separate sessions anthis target. The data provided to date has been informative but of limited use in that definitive explanations would be difficult to draw from the fragmented information provided by Him. It is believed that this is a +actor due more to Source's limited background in state of the art technology rather than any perceived problems He may have had from the aspect of successful RV techniques. Source's data will provided essential confirmatory information and possibly additional targeting data +or other Sm. site.
