(S/NF/SK) TASKING: The Monitor was provided with a sheet of paper on which the following tasking had been handwritten: "Interviewer/Monitor Tasking - 1. Describe the structures vi c: 381640/691321. NOTE: Coordinates are "center of mass" 'for rather large area with several sets/groups of structures. 2. To be announced". Neither the Monitor nor the Source were provided any further descriptives pertaining to this site. The coordinates pertaining to the site and which were provided to Source/Monitor were encrypted as per Coordinate Remote Viewing protocols. (S/NF/SK) SESSION: During the entire session, Source's dependent daughter was amusing herself in the adjacent administrative offices of this unit. In the initial moments of the session, Source furiously wrote IAB 's and Stage 2 descriptives and moved on to Stage 3 in a matter of less than ten in It cannot be determined if the presence of Source's daughter in adjacent areas motivated his rather rapid initial reporting but there may have been some conscious or subconscious effort on his part to bring the sessAon_to a rapid. close. During the actual session there were .no reportable anomalies or incidents which may have affected or influenced the data provided by Source except that which is reported above. 3. (S.NF/SK) SUMMARY: a. (S/NF/SK) Source provided only one ideogram before beginning a long list of Stage 2 descriptives including several color references and the +act that the target appear's to be "tall, wide, massive, imposing and intriguing". Later Source added that the descriptives of the site included, "iiiloping, slanting, curving, allitiblido/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 1 Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 41.41041.00NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY pointed and rounded" and a structural impression of, "steeA and machinery" Initial Stage 4 descriptives included the concepts that the site was, "organized, complex, advanced, technical" and an early short narrative stating that the site was for, "peaceful purposes - not exactly ominous or sinister but somehow amoral or lacking in human sensitivity...". Source further described the site in terms of being used both for, "offensive as well as defensive" purposes as well, "protection, watchdog, alert" and anticipation. A subsequent short narrative by Source stated that, "...peoples perceptions at the site project far out away from where they are and beyond the walls of the stru(::ture...they want to know everything that happens on a large scale in that area". c. (S/NF/SK) Following the early Stage 4 descriptives Source I:: egan describing the site in terms that appeared to reference the actual on going or perhaps pervious construction, "..industrial feel, machinery, vehicles moving, large areas being cleared, loud noises, trees felled, gravel roads" and "forest clearing". These descriptives were marked by several "confusion breaks" as Source attempted to determine what was' going on at the target and at. relevance the construction had to the site. Other Stage 4 descriptives of the site included a list of related and unrelated terms as followsg "underground, schedules, shifts (like working shifts), on going, operations, sophisticated, subordinate, duties, efficient," and similar terms which appeared to represent the duties of the people working at this site. Source finished the Stage 4 mode by focusing on the structures at the site and stating, "structure may or may not be above ground...there is an underground component. Heat in a "combat"sense is associated with the site. Site can function in combat somehow. The weapon it uses creates heat. There are other structures similar and not similar supporting (the activities at the site)". d. (S/NF/(K) Stage ) activity focused on the "structure" cited above. This structure, according to Source, had a "rounded, hardened, vertical, solid" component possibly constructed of concrete. A sketch of this concept resembled a large, thick, upright tube or pipe like strtm.:Aa.t. (SEE PAGE 16 OF SOURCE NOTES). Another object resembled some sort of radar-like square device on a stand or pedestal with a possible grating or grid or some sort in the front of the device (SEE PAOE 17 OF SOURCE NOTES). Terms used to describe these objects included, "environment, very functional, communications, tower, skeletal, isolated demographically, terrain, and hills". e. (S/NF/SK) Source concluded by preparing a written summary of his imprisioniiii. This summary has been edited for clarity, 1,991110*INOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY grammar and structure by the undersigned and is included as followsg "Site seems to be located in a remote, demographically isolated area, perhaps with large areas of forest nearby. Water is near the site. Structures are present at the site including a least one, probably more, large, massive, sloping, solid, concrete structures, dark colored, (grey or black) which (can be used) for offensive and defensive (activities). (The site) contains people who watch, prepare, anticipate, measure, and alert. (the) door to the structure is large, closes with a heavy sound and has concentric rings. People wor'k in shifts and wear heavy clothing. Climate is col& and bleak. Site has combat capabilities which when used generate considerable heat. A purpose of the site is intimidating-"almost" ominous. People inside (the site) observe hug1t 3-ct1.mercInEa areas far beyond confines of the site. Sophisticated in organization and technology are manifest. Power both abstract and physical are important ti the site. Other structures present at the site differ in 'appearance and serve supporting functions. (There are) long, thin, hard objects suggestive of rails or railroad tracks present at this location. Pipes or conduits may also be here. Strong underground component to the site. Main structure (s) was or may not be underground but some of them certainly are. Tunnels connect the underground areas". (END SOURCE SUMMARY) 4. (S/NF/SK) FEEDBACKg Following the session, the Monitor was provided feedback concerning the site by the unit Operation's Officer. This feedback indic?ated that Source had indeed acquired the proper site and had provided many accurate descriptives pertaining to key components of the site. Source will be re- the future at which time ci.4,1o1 -Ls will pn specific areas of the site and the I: argeted to this facility in be directed towards focusing +unctions of these areas. bb712, DAC Monitor ANNOMOWNOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 324 Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000300020001-6 i4 ?
