PROJECT SUN STREAK (U)
WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED
Session Procedures Report (S/NF/SK)
PROJECT NUMBER: 8718
DATE OF SESSION: 2 NOV 87
REFERENCE:
TECHNIQUE UTILIZED: CRV
SESSION NUMBER: 1
TARGET COUNTRY: IRAN
MISSION STATUS:
SOURCE IDENTIFIER: 003
2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: Only the encrypted coordinates
(supplied) were provided the viewer at the outset of this session.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The viewer's summary and sketches are
attached.
4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: 003 acquired the target with uncanny speed
and accuracy: first the percepts of a ship ("grey, projecting,
metallic portions" are 003's unique percepts for a "ship") directly
followed by those for a missile. [The monitor did not allow 003 to
spend enough time to fully perceive a ship and missile so as to
preclude the AOL drive of a Persian Gulf scenario]. Except for the
wide area overhead sketches [sloppy, like 003's desk top], the monitor
places a high confidence on the session data.

Site involves a wide, barren, bleak area of land connected
in some significant way with a large body of water. Structures
are involved, as well as people. Of particular significance
seems to be long, rounded, smooth, metallic objects that are
light in color, moveable, and may taper at some point. They
gleam dully and rest horizontally at an angle when in normal
configuration. One, but probably more of these objects (they
seem to be utilized not individuallY but in multiples of two or
perhaps three) seems presently to be enroute somewhere
(impression of being sling-loaded under a multi-rotor helicopter)
somewhat north and west of originating location? which is a
complex or compound, fenced, o+ large, flat topped, drably
painted utilitarian structures also in a bleak environment but in
a location with a larger concentration of it and people,
perhaps near a major north south transportation artery. While
hear, the objects were laying supported on a flat surface, like
the trailer of a flat bed truck, covered by a flexible fabric
like covering suggestive of a tarp of some sort. They were
transported from further away to be put into operation with many
other similar objects already "deployed". The next destination
of the objects being transported is similarly barren, but much
more remote, slightly to the rear of a named range of low,
eroded, dun colored desert hills running north and south, with
dark (umber) outcrops and striations, much nearer the large body
of water, near a winding ddrt road, and with a block-shaped,
dense, solid concrete structure that is old and weathered (AOL of
bunker on Oar-Ley line). Around this structure are dirty, dusty
vehicles, trailers, and objects that suggest antennas and RATT-
rig type equipment. The objects of interest are not intended to
be here, but displaced at some distance r nevertheless they have
some sort of connection with this place. There is a total amount
of possible distance along which these objects could be located,
and they presently will be located approximately 2/3 of the way
down the length of that possible distance. Objects will be
located on reverse slope of hills because they would feel to
"exposed" on the open side. There is a lot of wind, dust, and
sand here. The large body of water seems to be a few miles to
the west. Person/people perceived at beginning o+ sessio were
associated with a large, grey, metallic at. with
projections, overhangs, and passageways.
