ERV SESSION PROCEDURES REPORT
WANNFNO NOME: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED
CONTROL NUMBER: 8715
DATE OF SESSION: 0 Oct 87
REFERENCES: None
DATE OF REPORT: 9 Oct 87
-TECHNIQUE UTILIZED: ERV
NICKNAME: None
TARGET COUNTRY: Unknown
SESSION NUMBER: 05
MISSION STATUS: Continuing
SOURCE IDENTIFI,ER: 079
1. (S/NF/SK) INTERVIEWER TASKING: This is the fifth session
LLL ilizing this Source on this specific project. In previous sessions
the Interviewer was directed to task the Remote Viewing Source to
provide data on a specific site to include the general external and
internal configurationsv.purposes of the various structures and
objects at the site and data pertaining to the development and
utilization of materials/objects at this site. In this session the
tasking was modified. to reflect that the Interviewer was to attempt
to ascertain the nature, purpose and intentions for possible use of
the material being produced at the above site. Additionally, the
Interviewer was directed to attempt to ascertain the effects, if any,
CD n this substance on persons, places or things. The Interviewer was
still unwitting of the true nature of this site but he is cognizant
of data obtained from another Remote Viewer working on this same
site. As in the previous session, the interviewer utilized the same
encrypted coordinate of "1284/6712" which is a departure from
accepted protocols of two six digit coordinates. The Source was not
told in advance of this rather small departure from past procedures
as was the case in the previous sessions, and did not seem to respond
negatI vely to the shortened coordinate.
2. (S/NF/SK) SOURCE TASKING: Source was told that this was, "an
attempt to obtain some unresolved data on a previously worked site.
The site, in your words, contained a large object which received
liguidy material from balls located in the same facility. This will
be you signal line." Source was not provided any other cues or
descriptive data pertaining to this target prior to the session,
This session was conducted entirely utilizing Extended Remote Viewing
protocols.

3. (S/NF/SK) INCLEMENCIESo Throughout the session both the Source
and the Interviewer were cognizant of loud thumping noises and what
sounded like attempts to tune a radio channel. The noise were very
distracting to the. Interviewer and in post-session into the
Source conceded that these no tended to "pull Her away from the
target". A subsequent examination of all assigned- personnel revealed
that no one had entered the operational facility during the actual
session. An observer in the next room who was wearing earphones
throughout the session verified, to the best of his knowledge, that
there were no other individuals in the operational facility and
further commented that he was unable to detect the noises reported by
both the Source as well as the Interviewer. There were no reportable
incidents or anomalies which may have influenced the data obtained in
this session.
4. (S/NF/SK) SUMMARY3 Source furnished-the at summary which
was prepared following the session and submitted to the Interviewer
within 24 hours after the session. The completeness of the
typewritten summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes and
all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified. as
acceptable by the It The information provided in the
summary was found to be a complete. accounting of the data provided by.
the Source during the session and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer. In
post session interviews, Source detailed a strong image water in the
vicinity of the site where the material was taken- She also
repeatedly referenced the use of this material in conjunction with
development of energy or generation of power. This may have been an
AOL image of petroleum products, perhaps a component of the material,
or the psychic "comparison" of the site to an area within an oil
nation. No specific use, of or intentions for this product were
discerned during this session.
5. (S/NP/SK) COMMIENTSg The unexplained occurrences of noises and
other similar disturbances within the operational facility, although
a rarity, are not unknown to this office. Some more imaginative
I ndividuals chalk up the occurrences to the introduction/intrusion of
spiritual entities into the actual session and operation arena.
Others have speculated that the noises may be the result of an
unwitting use of telekinesis by an already "psychically susceptible"
Source. Whatever the reasons, the fact that both the Interviewer as
well as the Source detected these intrusions is documented, as it has-
been in the past. It will undoubtedly remain one of the unexplained
enigmas of this technology for some time until this mumlual
methodology is more fully explai

DURING THIS SESSION, I FIRST SAW THE WHEEL WITH MEN WORKING
AND STANDING AROUND IT. THE WHEEL WAS BIG AND IT WAS SPREAD OUT
AND EXPANDED OVER A LONG, LARGE 0133 EC IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THE
MEN WERE ADjUSTING AND FRAMING THE WHOU? THE WHEEL HAS SPOKES
jUTTING OUTWARD.
THE OBjECT WAS BIG AND LONG AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM BUT IT WAS
WIDER IN THE MIDDLE. THE OBjECT WAS SHINY AND SMOOTH. THE
OBjECT IS CLEAN BUT NOT A NEW MODEL. THE OBjECT HAS BEEN USED
BEFORE. THE WHEEL IS PLACED ACROSS THE OBjECT.
WHEN MOVING TO THE LIQUID CONTENTS INSIDE THE BOXES WITH
BALLS ON TOP, I SENSED THAT THE BALLS ARE HEAVY AND HARD TO TWIST
OPEN. THE BALLS ARE SEALED AND CLOSED AND THE CONTENTS ARE
SPRAYED OUT OF OR PUMPED OUT OF THE STORED BOXES AT THE BOTTOM.
THE CONTENTS ARE DANGEROUS AND THEY STINK. THEY ARE A THICK
SUBSTANCE AND THE COLOR IS CLOSE TO GREEN.
THE CONTENTS ARE PLACED INTO THE LARGE OBjECT AND THIS IS
DONE BY SPRAYING OR PUMPING. THE CONTENTS ARE LATCHED INTO OR.
LOCKED INTO THE OBjECT. A ALSO HAD THE FEELING THAT SOMEHOW THE
CONTENTS WERE STRAPPED INTO THE OBJECT. THE STRAPS WERE BIG AND
THICK AND BLACK AND WRAPPED AROUND EITHER THE CONTENTS OR THE
OBJECT ITSELF AND THIS IS THE LAST STEP BEFORE THE OBJECT WITH
THE CONTENTS INSIDE LEAVE THIS LOCATION.
WHEN THE CONTENTS ARE TAKEN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY
ARE GIVEN TO OTHER MEN. THIS EXCHANGE TAKES PLACE ON OR NEAR

WATER. AT THIS POINT, IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THE CONTENTS WERE
PLACED IN BARRELS.
THE MEN WHO RECEIVES THE CONTENTS PLACES IT INTO LONG, DARK,
NARROW SHELVES IN A CLOSED AREA. AT THIS POINT IT SEEMED AS
THOUGH I WAS LOOKING INSIDE A CLOSET, ANOTHER IMPRESSION I
RECEIVED AT THIS TIME WAS THAT THE CONTENTS ARE PADDED DOWN OR
HIT DOWN AND EMPTIED INTO DARK SPACES. I KEPT SENSING A LOT OF
SWOOSHING AROUND. I ALSO SENSED THAT LARGE AMOUNTS OF THE
CONTENTS ARE USED AT ONE TIME.
THE CONTENTS GIVE STRENGTH AND GENERATES MOVEMENT. IT FLAPS
BACK AND FORTH AND SIDEWAYS AND IT SWOOSHES.
AT THE NEXT POINT I COULD SEE A MAN TAKING THE CONTENTS OUT
OF A COOL AREA AND EXAMINING IT CLOSELY. THE MAN WAS BREAKING
DOWN ITS COMPONENTS VERY CAREFULLY. AT THIS POINT I SENSED THAT
THE CONTENTS HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH GROWTH AND PLANTING. THE
CONTENTS PUSHES FORTH AND RISES UP.
OVERALL, I SENSED THAT THE CONTENTS HAD MANY DIFFERENT
USAGES AND I KEPT FEELING THAT I WAS LOOKING AT AN OIL EXCHANGE.
