Remote Viewing Source to provide data an a specific site to include
the general external and internal configurations, purposes c:3'f' '(I")e
various structures and objects at the site and data pertaining to the
clevel.e,:}pment and ....1:il:i.zat:1.on of materials/objects at this site. The
:I,nter"vi. ewer> has not been made c'ocjn:i. z>ant of the true nature of this
site. Additionally, the Interviewer was provided with an encrypted
coordinate of "1284/6712" which is a departure from accepted
protocols of two s digit coordinates. : i t the time of receipt of-
these I.Aru..lssua:l coordinates the Interviewer was told that these were
"already encrypted by the c:ustomer>" and it would not be reasonable to
re-encrypt them again just for the purpose of form. The Interviewer

the session that She would be receiving a shortened variety of the

a manner" indicative of a normal Remote Viewing session. Perhaps
because the Interviewer was sensitive to the change and was somewhat
d:i, str?earssstipd by this sudden change in methodology, it appeared to him
t.haat the Source seemed a little "lost" and con'f used in the early
moments of the session. She tended to ramble on with Her
clesc:::r"'i1::at.:i.ves however, the data was .incongruous, ambiguous and
.confusing at best. 1't is unknown whether the Source was reacting to
the change of protocols or simply the perceived concern on the part
of the Interviewer, however, the situation seemed to correct itself
as the session progressed.
4. (S/NF/91::) SL)MMA RY% Source furnished the attached summary which
was prepared + col 1 r.:owi rip the session and submitted to the Interviewer
within 24 hours after the session.. The completeness of the
typewritten summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes and
all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as
acceptable by the Interviewer. The information provided in the
summary was found to he a complete accounting of the data provided by
the Source during the session and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer. It.
should be noted, however, that the data provided was not sufficiently
clear enough to make a determination on whether the Source had
actually acquired the proper" target, r?epc:or'te:?:re:l on 'Factual objects,
structures at the target and provided data which could eventually be
correctly correlated to the known elements at the site.
`?i.. (9/NF/5K:) COMMENT& It is planned to continue to utilize this
Source on this future sessions at yet to be specified
dates.. In the interim the Source will continue to be utilized on
other targets of equal importance and complexity. I t. will have to
waai.t to be seen whether this Source can efficiently and effectively
re-acquire the proper signal line pertaining to this site without
permitting any of the clai?.a from previous on-going targets to
interfere or cause AO1... data to be r'ep::)r"teel> This has never been

training targets She demonstrated a relative ease in adjusting
between targets provided the Interviewer was sensitive to the
possibility of confused data and carefully "led" Her away from this
stray images when they appear" to be entering a given session
