object which describes an unusual path as it moves, and to begin
describing it in Stage 4.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The viewer"summary is attached. Note that
the data and AOL's are extraordinaryy/similar to those reported by
Viewer 003.
4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: Source 018's similar description of the
object includes "metallic" outside shell and "pipes" on the inside,
ruling out a "dirigible" or "zeppelin".
