A group of people, males and females were observing an occurrence involving a large area
above ground. They were observing from a distance (not further identified). It created
brilliant, intense, pure light and light colors (not further identified) and the
physical sensation of "something neither solid nor liquid rushing passed" (not further

"to see if useful applications exist" (not further identified) but civilian representation
and control was extensive (not further identified). Something about the occurrence
(rocket explosion) was unexpected or unanticipated, perhaps occurring earlier than

SG1Ac.
(S/SK/WNINTEL) Source #21 confirmed the occurrence of an explosion. on
which was described as being a very large event involving bright
glinting light in radiating rays. Source #21 stated substantially as follows: An event
was brought about in a "civilian/military scientific environment" (not further identified).
Two (types?) of people associated with the event had differing perspectives. One was
purely scientific and looked at this (event) as the beginning of future possibilities
(not further identified), while the other was more concerned with the tactical/strategic
ramifications (not further identified) and the effects it (the explosion?) could
produce on others. Source #21 provided no further amplifying information in response to
your request.
