REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CD-60
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 20 June 1980;
mission time is 1400 hours.
PAUSE
All right #36 the time is now 1400 hours. Your mission
for today is to find Robert Blucher Robert B1ucher4
I want you now to relax, focus your attention on
Robert Blucher and describe his surroundings.
PAUSE
+02 #36: I.,.uh...I got him. ...Uh...appears to be in old
building, 2 or 3 floor off....2-3 storeys up...uh...
something above the to the door on the outside
that normally faces into the sun. It's very white...
very large white door frame...inset...dark brown....
fiiigree...1.....:;?iype design inset deep. I saw
iron bars, vertical with iron straps lying horizontally
(mumbling) to the vertical...steel bars. The room he's
in faces out on...uh...appears to be an alley way
PAUSE
+05 Ummm...something outside his window, heavy textured
.....uh...reddish tan. Almost like a heavy texture of
a woven grass mat. I was surprised to see a bottle
of wine on the table. It stuck me strange...about
half-full. He's alone. In this room, he is alone.
The room he's in, as you face the window his bed's on
the right.
PAUSE
These other big buildings nearby........uh....must be
...uh...looks, appears to be, appears to be a- large
city
PAUSE
It's funny, but he appears somewhat tanned....uh....
He seems, seems baldish...(mumbling) of hair but appears
thin on top. Little paunchy, a little, little heavy.....
little, little paunch. Eating well seems in

good health. He's standing up...........i assume that
he's been reading a lot.
#14: Are there any other US. hostages at this location?
PAUSE
+10 #36: Yeah. I think so. I see a very small number, very small
number. I don't see anybody, but I sense if..uh..
if you face the window there to his left I sense
that he has seen them quite recently Ummm
I sense 2 other men. There's something about, something
about a woman. I don't know if it's a visitor or a
hostage. Flat top....2 or 3 storeys high....almost white
buildings to the south. Masonry
Somehow, I feel it seems as if the front of the building
opens on the street.
PAUSE
+15 There seems to be something spherical tied in with
the facade ...uh...build...uh...I think it's a, near or
over the door.
PAUSE
I don't see any guards.
PAUSE
Umm....This has been bothering me. I thought it was some
kind of overlay, but, I can't understand since...uh
Robert either has a some kind of problem with his heart
or he's got high blood pressure.
PAUSE
Maybe, may be overlay. I don't know. But it's persistent.
PAUSE
#14: Tell me about the physical security at this location.
+20 #36: I, when I look the place over, this point in time, all I
saw in the line of security was bars and locked doors.
Bars on the windows. I did not see anything that I
recognized as security personnel
Somebody's driving nails (phonetic)
#14: I don't know, but I have no further questions at this
time. Is there anything else that you feel you can add?

#36: Did I say this was a big city? I'm saying this is a
big city. That's about it.
#14: All right. Ready for debrief. Uh...just to refresh your
memory the first drawing I want you to execute is you
described an old building, 2-3 storeys, something like
that, and you described something above the entrance
that normally faces into the sun.
#36: Oh. The old building bit, was, I don't know. It was
an overall feeling about the thing. I didn't look
at the...uh...entire building on the outside, or I couldn't
see it. I'm not sure which. I did see the door was a
fair amount of detail...uh
These curved surfaces just inside the broad flat. Area
outside were kind of filigreed, and fancy. They were
brown, burnt brown,a warm color. think that
sphere was...or something that looked like a sphere, I
think was, I thought it might be over the door or near
the door. I'm not absolutely sure about that......
This broad here was very white and reflected...uh...
know what the blaze it was...not much detail there...
The..uh..building I saw I thought was..uh..darker tone....
uh...tan or brown rather than white or light colored.
Like some of the buildings I saw to the south..
Was there something else I should draw?
#14: Is there anything else you can remember that you can
make a drawing of?
#36: Uh...I did not see the...uh off to the right
Somewhere back in...a bed...it was off in that direction,
and a lot of books over here to the left, and I saw him..
this is a table here with wine or something on it with
a few magazines or books on the thing, and I saw him
over in this vicinity here. This was a chair here.
Once in a while he'd get up and. go and look out the,
out the window and then he'd come back to this area
here. Like he was very bored moving around. Seemed
a little heavy and paunchy. Anything else?
#14: I can't think of anything.
#36: Okay. I can't remember anything that I could draw.
#14: Okay. End of session.
