b. Formalize existing procedures into written SOP's: 1 April 1982.
2. Develop increased analytical support:
a. Request ADP/Word Processing equipment: 1 March 1982.
b. Improve targeting techniques: 1 June 1982.
c. Revise reporting: 1 August 1982.
3. Develop continuity plans:
a. Update military and civilian job descriptions: 1 September 1982.
b. Formalize recruitment plan: 1 October 1982.
c. Establish operations officer position: 1 March 1982.
4. Implement an ongoing training program:
Evaluate existing initial and ongoing training; identify additional
training sources: 1 May 1982.
