NARRATIVE:
Mission was to attempt to find and confirm any related intelligence information
on a specific terrorist target located in area of interest. No confirmed materials
were present at the beginning of mission due to unaccessible entry into target area.
The completion of the assigned mission to date still doesn't provide entry into the
target area. Thus, a true confirmation of materials at this time is unknown.

Due to unavailable entry into mission area, information coantained within final
report must be considered of unknown intelligence value.

Matters reported within report shows that incidents and events were moving
in the right direction. Unfortunately, time and unavailable known information
were key factors in determining materials to be of unknown intelligence value.
