SUBJECT: CENTER LANE Interview Summary CL-1008/8304/01 (U)
1. (S/NOFORN) On 100900 April 1983, source #01 was interviewed
by #66 concerning the events and personalities mentioned in a
letter. The project 8304 sponsor had provided a copy of a hand
printed letter which had been received as unsolicited SG1A
correspondence (see Incl 1).
2. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) For this interview source was provided a
sealed envelope containing the letter provided by he sponsor.
Source was asked to focus his attention on the location
mentioned in the letter and to describe an event alleged to have
occurred sometime during Source was
not shown the letter, told anything about the alleged event,
told anything about the location involved, or provided any other
identifying information. The collection plan called for the use
of this information as "feedback" and cuing for possible
subsequent interviews.
3. (U) A transcript of the interview was prepared (see Incl 2).

19 April 1983. Concentrate now, concentrate and
focus your attention totally and completely on
today's task. Focus your awareness, move your
awareness to the location designated in the sealed
SG1A envelope I've provided you. Move through time and
space to at
the location designated in the envelope. As you
SG1A become aware, describe for me the event of interest
in the time window of
Concentrate now.
#01: ...............An impression of four or five large
helicopters-coming in on a...coming in on the
ground somewhere.... They're ...converging in a
location.... Lot of scrub brush and rocks..rocky
ground,..cold. But I don't see much
snow ..... (mumble) a white object in the ground...
#66: Describe the surroundings.
#01: .....It's a waste land....
#66: Okay. Let's try for some new imagery.
#01: Okay. Just a minute...
#66: Tell me when you're ready.
#01: Okay.
#66: Okay. In the envelope is the printed name, printed
description... of a location. We are interested in
the events at that location on 8 and 9 December
1982, one particular event of interest in that time
window, at that location.
#01: Just a minute ..... ... ..Keep getting a..an
impression of a ... helicopters hovering.
#66: All right. I can hear helicopters outside....If you
have nothing else, I have further cuing.
#01: That's all I have is helicopters hovering.
#66: Okay. Let's try further cuing. Tell me when you're
ready.

#66: In the envelope is a copy of a hand printed letter.
The subject of this letter is the event. Describe
this event to me.
#01: ... .............All I get is the helicopters,
there's 4 or 5, very large helicopters near,
converging on a point..a desolate area and they're
just hovering there.
#66: Okay fine.
#01: That's all I get.
#66: That's very good. I have no further questions this
morning.
