SUBJECT: Information Briefing for Vice Chief of Staff, Army (ti)
1. (U) On 10 March 19P3, from 1050-1110 an information briefing was
presented to GEN John A. Wickham, Jr., Vice Chief of Staff, Army at the
SSC Conference P,oo;n, The Pentagon. Also attending was MC Albert N.
Stubblebine, III, CG, INSCOM and COL tlatha J. Eddins, Jr., XO, Office of
the Vice Chief of Staff, Army. Briefing was directed by TIC Stubblebino.
2. (S/NOFORN) The formal portion of the briefing covered two projects:
Efforts to assist in locatincj 110 Dozier and information concerning a
CC, INS? 011 head selected these projects for
this briefing. After thFt formal portion of the brief, the VCSA asked
general questions pertaining to numbers selection and training of project
personnel. I answered the questions to his apparent satisfaction.
3. (U) The VCSA expressed no direct opinion concerning the project.
