As a result of the efforts of the GDIP Staff,
GRILL FLAME has achieved a new lease on life. In
the attached memo, Dr. DeLauer has authorized the
use of R&D funds for the U.S. Army INSCOM as well
as DIA/OT to continue work on this project. Mindful
of the past investments in time and manpower and
the need to preserve the fragile, painstakingly
