Activity (U).
b. Briefing for Assistant Secretary of the Army, Research,
Development and Acquistion (ASA, R&DA), 16 Mar 83, subject:
INSCOM Initiatives for P6 Funding (U) .
2. (S/NOFORN) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of PG
funds to support INSCOM activity.
3. (S/NOFORN) During referenced briefing the ASA R&DA,
approved in concept, the expenditure of P6 funds to support five
INSCON initiatives .
4. (S/NOFORN) The initiation of a contract with a civilian
organization to provide target search techniques was initiative
4.
5. (U) Request authorization and $175K to contract for the
required techniques.
