1. Reference the FY 84/85 Command Operating Budget (COB) submitted by FGGM
(I ARM-B-FM) .
2. Based upon a review of your FY 84/85 COB, a TAFP has been established for
your command as depicted below. This funding is tentative since the command is
yet to receive and FY 84 Funding Program from DA. Inclosure 1 provides a
Program Element distribution of your AFP.

3. Unfinanced requirements favorably considered for funding by this headquarters are
so identified in inclosure 1.
4. Inclosure 2 reflects authorized civilian end strength and related workyears.
Employment of civilian personnel at levels which exceed the workyears indicated
will be financed by internal reprogramming. By the same token, this
headquarters does not plan to withdraw funds related to workyear r;ltpF,~:igc. Any
changes to end strength will be documented by manpower vouchers.
