prepared to issue you a contract. As I discussed with you I
made same minor changes to proposals ESU 83-1.45, 83-147 and
83-148. The changes are not sustantative and will not r~:quire
any additional research effort.
My plans are to visit you or7 14 and 15 November 1983 to
issue SR1-International a Letter Order. Contract for tyre five
proposals. In preparation of 'that I am enclosing a draft of the
Letter Order with all enclosures. Please review it before my
arrival. A1.so please ensure that an SRI-International af'ficial
wf7o can sign thy. Letter Ord~:r is available during my visit.
I also plan to discuss our future plans, meet -your
consultant, and monitor somra of Tom's training.
