January 1984. Please acknowledge acceptance of this additional
trainee and advise of the additional cost. As I requested of
you during our 2 December 1983 meeting, please consider the
expense of the 8 man-days my office has incurred in establishing
the training site at SRI International, New York.

the students may have to be obtained if they are to be used in
your research. I will pursue this subject and advise you
accordingly.
