1. (S) On 15 December 1982, COL Hottel (Cdr, ITAC), LTC Sherburne (Chief,
Counterintelligence Division, ITAC), and Mr. Richardson (Opns Off, Special
Research Division, ITAC) were scheduled for indoctrination to Center Lane.
Due to a scheduling conflict only COL Hottel was read on.

2. (S) During the indoctrination, COL Hottel requested that Mr. Art
Peterson, GM-14, SSAN: (Chief, ITAC Requirements Office) also
be read on so that the e wou be a "centralized" individual at ITAC head-
quarters to evaluate projects for potential Center Lane tasking.
3. (U) Request that Mr. Peterson be authorized for indoctrination.
Major Bryant (Tel: [phone]) will serve as my POC and will arrange a
convenient time for indoctrination for Mr. Peterson, LTC Sherburne, and
Mr. Richardson.
