PROJECT GRILL FLN SECURITY INDOCTRINATION
AND BRIEFING STATFENT'
Section 1001 of Title 18t United States Code makes it a criminal offense
punishable by a maximum of five (5) years imprisonment, $10,000 fine, or both,
knowingly and willingly to make a false statement or representation to any
Department or Agency of the United States, as to any matter within the
jurisdiction of any Department or Agency of the United States.
INITIAL SECURITY BRIEFING STATEN
It the undersigned hereby certify that I have received a security briefing
concerning PROJECT GRILL FLAME. I am aware that willful disclosure of classi-
fied defense information or material is of the utmost importance and that the
loss or compromise of this information or material could be detremental to the
interest of national Security. I have been instructed in the nature of classi-
fied defense information and the procedure governing its safeguarding.
