2. Request CW3 Edward McGuire, Prog Mgt Br, PPD, ADCSOPS-HUMINT, be read-on to
Project GRILL FLAME at the earliest opportunity.
3. CW3 McGuire needs to be fully informed of Project GRILL FLAME activities as he
will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and justification of the entire
HUMINT program, to include the GRILL FLAME activities. CPT Rittenburg and LTC
Sheaffer, who are currently read-on and participate frequently in briefings or
exchanges with OACSI staff and others concerning the GRILL FLAME program, will both
soon be leaving the ADCSOPS-HUMINT.
4. CW3 McGuire will be available for briefing upon his return from TDY 12 April 82.
