Sir: Thought the attached would be of interest
for your info, and would ask you pass it on to
LTC Severson for his files. Looks like negative
forces are slowly but surely prevailing, and
we may lose the whole program in the near future.
Too bad if that happens as I sincerely believe
it would be a blow to our national security
interests. So much for the enlightened 20th
Century. I'll keep you posted as we struggle
along. For sure R&D side is finished, per
direction of USDRE. Applications, I fear, is
