REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION D-67
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 2 October 1980.
Mission time is 0900 hours.
All right, #46, the time is now 0900 hours. Your mission
for today is to find Robert Englemann. I want you to
describe his location. I want you to identify any other
U.S. hostages at this location, and I also want you to des-
cribe the physical security. I want you to relax. Relax.
Concentrate. Focus on Robert Englemann.
+02 #46: This is like a......some sort of a city square... It's
like a....something you'd...I guess you would see around
Rome............ Something circular in the center of the
square. It's like a....it's like a fountain, but it's not
a fountain... Some sort of column... column, at the base of
which is something like dark... Black leaves, like falling
oak from the base of the column...entire...is in cement there
is stairs that go up from one plateau to the next. And where
I originally picked him up is...in one of the, uh, buildings.
Like on the second level of this thing. And there are col-
a f~ nnt -of-...t~. ' iilding...cement columns.......... .
+05 h, this is a, uh.....it's a government building that dea\
with law and legalities .................. The dominant fea-
ture of that building is a huge......... room, like a court..
He would be in the, uh, second floor in the right wing type...
area.... I think he's one of....... there are interviews going
on in that place... Think that they take them there in
small groups-they interview 'em on...one on one basis ......
+10 There's no pressure there, there's just legal interviews.
They're being well treated there.... There's an impression
of black robes like European lawyers wear. These are the
people who are doing the interviews ...............the rooms
that they're being interviewed in are very, a very high ceil-
ing, the walls are full of books, like they're antechambers,
I guess you call 'em.
#14: Are there any other U.S. hostages here?
#46: Uh-huh................. Yeah, this is a.... this has been
going on for several days......... I don't think they stay

#46: there overnight... I think these interviews have been going
on in earnest and systematically, and not in a routine man-
ner. This is a earnest effort to.... to determine-factual
evidence. This is gonna nerve as a basis ...for some type of
.....for us to acknowledge..... the results of these inter-
views ...................
I see a, during the interviews the, two guys inside the room
(mumbling) because they're not well dressed.... I think
the truck drove her there and there's at least four guys for
the two individual.... Think they're taking them and then
return to where they came from ..........................
He's interviewed 'em... less than...I don't know....three
+15 days, I think, in his case... I see emphasis is on-good
treatment.... factual legal gathering of evidence...........
+20 I, uh....... The lady with the head covering is the inter/'
preter....... She's there because of, she's there to bring
an element of...sincerety, an element of natural sympathy
there. She's, she's usbd extensively....... I don't have
anything else.......
#14: Okay, I want you to focus very intently on Robert Englemann.
What is he doing right now?
#46: He's being interviewed. He's been interviewed for three
days, three of four days .......
#14: Okay, I have no further questions. Is there anything else
you'd like to add?..........
#46: No ....... This is...this is if...as if.... decision had been
made within the past three or five days and that these inter-
views are gonna be conducted and they're gonna form a basis
for this paper or whatever. I think...this is what we ul-
timately will have to acknowledge-form the basis of what
we're going to have to....acknowledge... I don't have any-
thing else.
#14: Okay. We pause now for debrief.
All right, we're now ready for debrief.
#46: Yeah, in this, in this sketch I wanna label number 1. I'll
give you the overview of the picture that I had. That stayed
with inc until I gave it to you. And my attention was first
focused on a little circular fountain. or monument, that's in
this section h n then jrIl draw this separately. It's
either.. .or a fountain here. And around this place it's a
whole bunch of stairs, all cement. This is all white. Any
beyond that some more stairs. And these are all kind of
plateaus, all cement. And in this huge circle of buildings.
And this is where I found this building, and it was pre-
dominantly with columns. Okay? And there are buildings

#46: adjacent to that. This is where, this is where he is.
#46: Okay, here, in the, like the center of the square.........
like I said, looks like a fountain, but it's not. It's
like a monument. You know, I'll draw it around the side
here in the lower left corner. It just came straight down.
It's not that high. But it was characterized by kind of
leaves coming out of here. Something. This was very dark
...and black. I wanna say foliage, it's not. It's some-
thing that is erupted from the base of this column here.
That's where this is. Okay. Let me give somebody an insight
as to where it is. I don't know. I think I talked about the
legal characters... characteristics, impression of this build-
ing that I saw. Okay. Anything else?
#14: No, I don't think so. I think that oughta do it. for the
drawing.
#46: Okay.
