SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION LI
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote view-
ing session conducted for the purpose of orienting a remote
viewer to an applied remote viewing protocol.
2. (S) There is very little meaningful target correlation
to the remote viewer's descriptions during this session. The
post-session on-site analysis showed some subjective correlation
but nothing concrete. The remote viewer had trouble developing
imagery during the session. This remote viewer lacks experience
and needs more practice.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session was a modification
of the protocol detailed in the document, Standard Remote-
Viewing Protocol (Local Targets) by Harold E. Puthoff and
Russell Targ, November 1978. This session's protocol was
modified in that a randomly generated, preselected target was
not used. In lieu of a randomly generated, preselected target
the "beacon" simply chose a site which, in his opinion, was
unique and identifiable.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made
by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site.
At TAB B are photographs of the target site.

#7.5: This will be a remote viewing session. (Edited
for security.)
PAUSE
#7.5: Okay, now its time to relax and let your
consciousness expand out of this room. Focus
at the target location. #6.5 and #11 are there
at the target. They are observing the area.
Reach out. See what they see. Sense what
they sense. And, describe the area to me.
PAUSE
#24: I keep seeing something that looks like a
helicopter. It looks exactly like a helicopter.
Like they are looking through glass at a heli-
copter.
#7.5: Okay.
#24: Its close. The shape of it is . . is like a
helicopter. Its very close to whatever they
are looking through. Its just like a glass
pane or something transparent. Its a large,
large oval shaped, dark.
PAUSE
That's all I'm doing. I keep getting that form
from different angles. It looks like a helicopter,
you know, its gotthe tail, the rotor, the blades.
#7.5: Describe their location in relationship. .
#24: They are inside. Well, I can't tell if its inside
+03 or not but their. . whatever this is that I see
there is something between them and it. Like a ,
it could be glass panes, or its something trans-
parent they are looking through. I can't really
tell if its inside or outside.

#7.5: When you say that there's something between them
and what you described as a helicopter, do you
see them there?
#24: No.
PAUSE
No. Its just. . . I'm just seeing through this
transparency at this thing that looks like a
helicopter to me. I don't actually see them
per se.
#7.5: Um hm.
#24: Um.
PAUSE

#7.5: Tell me about the colors.
+08 #24: I'm not getting any colors. This thing that I
see is just. . is just a dark, dark . . like a
dark like a shadow. Like a dark gray or something.
#7.5: Um hm.
PAUSE
#24: Now I see a fence. Sort of like a fence. A
chain link type. I only see the top of it and
its like receding into the background.
PAUSE
And I only see the top part of it. Like a
. . . like the top part of . . It would be
something like the top part of a fence with the
"V" shape on top of the long (not audible).
PAUSE
I'm not getting strong images at all.
I really see that. Its like a bar. . and its
sort of on top . . Hummm. . And I'm on top
and I see this, this "V" shape; its like a
extend. . you know, its a small "V" and then a
long post like from that and there seems to be
some wires through the "V".

#7.5: Okay.
#24: And there's a series of this. Like a fence.
#7.5: Okay. Go up in the air.
#24: I am up, looking down. At first I saw a, you
know, like a bird's eye view right level with
it and now I'm on top of it and still see this
same sort of thing.
#7.5: Um hm. Go up high enough to where other things
begin to fall into your view.
PAUSE
#24: There seem to be a row of one story buildings
up on a hill to my right. Light buildings.
Like small houses or something. And, then there's
. . . then there on top of a hill and then down
at the bottom of the hill is this fence type
arrangement.
PAUSE
I'm not getting any colors. Everything I've
been seeing so far is like dark browns and
olive.
PAUSE
#7.5: Where are you now?
#24: Well, its as though, for a minute there anyway,
I was down, looking up at some kind of a building?
with an antenna arrangement. Its very unclear.
I'm getting a lot of wires. You know, like
electrical wiring. Telephone wires. But its
not clear. I'm outside.
PAUSE
+10 I get a feeling of a very boring place.
PAUSE
#7.5: And now what do you see?
#24: I'm not really getting anything strong enough
to describe the shape of anything.

#7.5: Describe what #6.5 and #11 are doing.

#24: I'm getting some sort of tunnel but it was
almost instantaneous. A tunnel with a light
at the end. I don't see it now.
PAUSE
I see something like a . . its like a rose window
in a cathedral only its dark. You know, there's
some sort of pattern like the rose windows have
in mosiac only its not bright colors, its a dark
- its like a dark mosiac. Circular, round. I'm
looking up at it. Its part of another structure
of some kind.
#7.5: Okay, now, is this all in one location (not
audible). .?
#24: This tunnel, yeah.
#7.5: All these things you've told me, from the
helicopter to the fence to the building with
antennas to this building. Do you get the
feeling that they're all together.
#24: No. Not in my mind. They are all separate.
PAUSE
+14 That one image of a window, that rose window,
which is, its opaque. Its staying with me.
Its hazy (not audible). But its like part of
another structure and that's all that's being
seen and its a dark structure of some kind.
PAUSE
The structure is not like a normal building.
Its not a squared off type of building. Its
more elaborate architecture. That's a feeling
I get. I don't really see too much.
PAUSE
+15 Everything is dark. Everything I've gotten is
dark. I see something dark now - I'm inside a
building and its dark. Its . . .

+17 #24: Every now and then I get a burst of light but
I still feel like I'm in some . . inside. I
feel like I'm inside. Something. . dark build-
ing, or. . But. . its like inside of some kind
of dark structure. I don't get the feeling its
really a building, or a, you know, a room with a
purpose. Its just a structure - dark. Very
ornate type structure. Ornate in the sense of
carved wood, both the walls and the ceiling.
+18 Now I see a tree. Okay, its like coming out
of this whatever it was. Very light tree. Its
very bright like the sun was shining or something:
I'm sure I'm seeing a tree. Its fading now.
PAUSE
#7.5: Is this the same location where the fence is?
PAUSE
#24: I don't see it now. I get the feeling that, you
know, the . . they are going from one spot to
another but I don't see any, you know, I don't
see the connections. Just suddenly I'm here and
then I'm here and then I'm here.

+20 Now I feel like I'm in a restaurant. I see
loads and loads of like images of like bottles
say wine bottles and glasses. And its dark,

candled room. But just one section, it
was like wall, is all I could really see.
Its one section of the wall. . They are very
fleeting images of like wine bottles, wine

#7.5: You've got so many things now.
#24: I know. Ha ha.
#7.5: I think we'd better draw some pictures before
you forget all of it. (Not audible.)
#24: Okay. The first thing I saw was this helicopter
thing. That stayed with me for a while. Then I
saw this, like a chain link fence as though my
eye were level with the top bar and then in a "V"
structure. And then I was above it and looking
down (not audible). Very strong would be the
"Y". Then I got a, just a collage of like
electrical wiring, telephone wires and all of
that. I was down looking up at it. Very hazy.
Like houses around. And these wires above them
sort of idea.
And then I got inside this sort of orante
building. Structure. And its a restaurant, I
think. That's all I got.
#7.5: Um hm. See if you can't sketch those out and
we'll see what we have. Would you like a clip
board to draw on?
#24: Yes.
#7.5: Do you have enough light?
#24: Yes. I'm okay.
#7.5: You had a smile on your face for a considerable
period.

#24: This is embarrassing. I can't draw.

I can't draw this structure. It was too
amorphis. It was like from the side.
PAUSE
#7.5: Is this building the same building you saw with
that antenna on it?
#24: I don't get that connection. No.
#7.5: (Not audible).
#24: No.
#7.5: Okay.
#24: I saw the wires, the antennas, I thought it was
being walked past and being looked at like that.
#7.5: Okay.
#24: (Not audible).
#7.5: You were walking past like down the fence?
#24: No. I didn't get that feeling. I got, I got a
feeling of a lot of different sites (not audible)
sites. And, after that fence, I felt as though
I was walking past crowded buildings. With an
antenna array of wome kind or else wire like
telephone wire (not audible).

#24: That kind of wire.
