REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XXXII
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote
viewing session conducted for the purpose of orienting a
remote viewer to the protocol which will be used in the
remote viewing training program at Stanford Research
Institute (SRI), Menlo Park, California.
2. (S) The remote viewer's descriptions of the target
provide very little objective correlation. On the other
hand the session was very meaningful. The "beacon" was
not at "a target" at the time of the session. An adminis-
trative error in computing the proper on-target time for
the session was made which resulted in the remote viewing
of the "beacon" one hour before he knew he was to be on
target. A subjective interpretation of the transcript
shows this could have been why the remote viewer was
concerned with whether or not the "beacon" knew he was
under observation. The "beacon" was in transit in a car
at the time of the session. The remote viewer's image of
a conquistador seems somehow symbolic of Panama, which
is where the "beacon" was.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed
in the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied
Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the session. At TAB A
are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his impres-
sions of the target area. At TAB B is a post-session inter-
view. No photographs were provided by the "beacon".

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XXXII
#66: This will be a remote viewing session. (Edited
for security.)
#66: Okay, #27.5, (edited for security). What I'd
like you to do, #27.5 is I'd like you to tell
me where #200 is located right now.
#27.5: Where this person is located. .
#66: I want you to relax and concentrate. . and. . .
describe the area where this person is located
right now.
#27.5: Ah. . I'm getting a whole. . jumble of things
here.
I sense a. . . its not right, its analytical. Wait
a second. I'm having a lot of trouble with this.
PAUSE
Does this person know he's being a target?
#66: Yes. This is a prearranged situation. The person
knows.
#27.5: I'm just. . I'm just getting the feeling like he's
not aware that he's being targeted right now.
#66: Okay.

#66: Describe the area where he's located.
#27.5: I'm having a lot of trouble picking it up.
PAUSE
#27.5: I get the feeling the person's outside. . Outside.
And there is. . a very. . large structure to his
rear.
#66: Okay.
#27.5: I. . I sense that he's just sitting. . Almost.
Almost like in a . . outside cafeteria-like thing.
Sidewalk cafe type affair. But that's not right
because he's not eating. . .
I'm having a lot of trouble with this one #66.
I just really get the sensation this person doesn't
even know he's being targeted, or hasn't become
aware of it yet. He's. . I'm flashing around the
world so to speak.
I'm getting some. . some. . some designs; some
funny designs in my head. . I'm going to have to
sketch from here #66, I can't. . .
#27.5: I see a . . its almost a barn-like structure. Its
not a barn though, its like a . . built like a
barn.
I see a funny chimney like. . I see a something
like this. (DRAWING)
And. . I see. . I see a . . circular shelf like
overhang. Double doors under it. . I'm looking
. . looking down at it. . This is really weird!
I'm. . Seem like the . . . Seemed like a face, but
. its like one of those old conquistador type
hats. With the, you know, the bearded man

like its under the hat. I'm. . I'm seeing this
face. I don't know why.
I see. . . some. . decorative type rod iron coming
out from the wall, that looks something like this.
It almost looks like it blocking some kind of
opening or something.
#66: Where is this person in relationship to your images?
#27.5: I don't see the person at all. Its like he's . .
I'm getting quick snap shots of things all around
him like he's just gazing around. . I honestly
don't . . . I get the feeling that this person is
not aware that he's being targeted. It might have
intended to be targeted but I don't think he's
conscious of it. I'm seeing all kinds of stuff,
#66, but its just nothing I can describe. Its
just kind of like a jumbled mess.
Maybe if I go from a different perspective. Try
to approach the person from behind, on top.
looking down.
Let's see. . where can . . This person does not
know he's being targeted. Their mind is all over
the place.
PAUSE
#66: Describe this person's activity.
PAUSE
#27.5: I get the feeling like they're bored.
PAUSE
#27.5: Ah. . I see. . What a mess. . Just walking around.
Meandering around. I'm having a real hard time
with this, #66. I don't. . . I see a. . . see
like a round planter. . with a . . plant in it.

#27.5: I'm seeing things upside down. I see a side of
a building upside down. I see the tip of a
concrete wall. Oh my God, what a mess!
Gee, this isn't working #66. I can't see anything
but garbage.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XXXII
1. (S) Post-session interviews are conducted after the
completion of a session to provide the selected remote
viewer with the opportunity to express himself concerning
his viewing experience.
2. (S) #27.5 was satisfied with the results of this
session even though there were some obvious problems. He
felt his ability to detect the fact that #200 was not
aware he was under observation was significant. After the
session he stated that because he could not focus on one
thing he thought the "beacon" might be moving in a vehicle.
Several days later, when the "beacon" returned from Panama,
this proved to be the case.
3. (S) #27.5 and #66 enjoy working together. They seem
to be able to communicate with one another based on similar
cognitive structures. They both look forward to working
together on remote viewing again.
