REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XLIII
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote
viewing session conducted for training purposes to enhance
a remote viewer's demonstrated ability.
2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions appear to match
the "beacon's" location at the originally designated target
time. The viewer was disturbed by ambient room noise and
was unable to relax and concentrate as well as he has done
in the past. The remote viewer stated that he was confident
that he had "hit" the target and was generally enthusiastic
about the session. The "beacon" was enroute from his office
to the Mall Entrance of the Pentagon to his car at the
originally designated on-target time which was set forward
thirty minutes at the last minute.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in
the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote
Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings
made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target
site.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XLIII
#28: This is a remote viewing session. (Edited for security.)
#28: Okay, #11, go ahead and tell me what you perceive about
the location of #100. (Edited for security).
Let an image of #100 form in your mind. Describe
his location. (Edited for security).
#11: I think we ought to buy those people upstairs all a
set of hush puppies.
So far, I've had three unrelated images. One appeared
to be the face or bust of a statue. Which would be
kind of like a . . I didn't see the whole statue, just
the face, but it reminded me of a Bussah type with the
round, chubby features. The second image I had was . .
being up and looking down at a column, like the type of
columns that support the . . the overhangs of a lot of
your buildings, like museums, or like we have right out
front here.
It was a round column. The third image I had seemed
. . . The only way I can explain it, like a balcony in
a theater or something of that nature. Or an opera. .
The shape of the balcony is kind of rounded and it came
in scallopy type shape or whatever. Like a box seat
or something like that up there in the balcony. I'll
probably be able to draw it better.
I don't know why, but I get the feeling of a. . .
museum, or a theater, or something of that nature.
I feel more indoor than outdoor.
#28: All right. If you were inside such a large area,
it probably would be one specific smaller area. . .
which would be alloted his target. Do you have any
such impressions?

#11: I keep seeing this bust and statue. Perhaps sitting
on a column. A greek column. Maybe that's where
that column came from. Maybe it wasn't supporting a
building; maybe this bust of a statue was on top of
a column.
PAUSE
#28: Describe the material which this is made from.
PAUSE
#11: Well the column itself would be some sort of stone.
#28: What color is it?
#11: It appears white. Like marble.
#28: And the bust?
#11: The bust also appears made of stone, a white stone,
marble.
PAUSE
I'm going to try to double check that.
PAUSE
Ha ha ha. Yeah. It does appear, it is white marble;
the bust. Right now, I'm above it looking down on it,
I couldn't recognize it. There appears to be . . . I
have a feeling its kind of in the center of a large
room or, maybe its off to the side, but it . . the
column and the statue are by themselves and it appears
to be an extremely high ceiling. That's the feeling
I get. And I'm able to move around up above. Perhaps
that balcony is there. Perhaps I was up there because
when I had when I saw the shape and had the feel-
ing of the balcony, I appeared to be on level with it
or perhaps a little above it. And the statue and the
column are down below on ground level.
#28: Standing in the balcony area, can you see the statue
and column?
Are you telling me that this area has two levels, or
are you saying you can see down to that one statue
from the balcony?

#11: Well, if . . . it would be kind of like this one
big room. . . and there was another level. Or there
was a balcony over there overlooking this one large
room or area.
#28: All right. Okay. What's down there in that area?
Describe what's down there under the balcony.
PAUSE
#11: Let me concentrate a little bit on that.
PAUSE
'Cause I don't want to start throwing a lot of overlay
on it. I just want to try to start over again just
using raw perceptions.
Its odd. . I find it difficult to stand on the balcony
and see anything. But I had the feeling of being out-
side and looking at this building that the room is in.
#28: All right.
#11: And I saw a dome. You know, like the Capitol building.
Like if you were standing on the Mall looking back at
the Capitrol would. A dome shape over. . . a dome roof
or a dome shape over the structure. I'm not saying it
is the Capitol but that would be, you know, the type of
shape. It appears to be . . it may be over the, the
room or whatever, you know, where the status and stuff
are located.
Looking down. . . I have the feeling that the floor
is tiled. I don't know whether they're procelain
or ceramic tiles or if they're stone. There. . .
its hard, smooth. . It appears to be a square design
or a square tile.
#28: This is the room where the bust is?

#11: Right.
#28: Okay. What's the shape of this room?
PAUSE
#11: At first. With my first impression of this statue
or bust or whatever, was that it was square. But,
for some reason, I have a feeling of a round shape.
Matching the dome, the dome would be over the room
perhaps.
#28: Describe the activity of this location. Is there a
great deal of activity? Are there other people around?
#11: There appears to be other people around it. It appears,
I don't know, perhaps kind of a public place. A place
that . . . like I said a museum or a place that people
would go to see or visit.
This is totally unrelated as to what I was thinking,
but I just saw the statue of Lincoln sitting inside
the Lincoln Memorial.
I feel that he must be some where within the area of
the Capitol and somewhere, either in the Capitol itself,
or at the Lincoln Memorial or at the Smithsonian.
I would lean more toward the Capitol building itself.
PAUSE
#28: Would you like to work on drawing some of these
impressions?
#11: Okay. If I . . . If I had to put him at a specific
place, of all the things that I've gotten so far,
I would put him somewhere in the big round room under
the dome of the Capitol. If I had to choose a place
to put him.

#28: Do you need any more light to draw?
#11: Yes. That would help. Were you taking notes?
#28: No, I didn't take down any.
#11: Okay, I'll try to recall in sequence.
PAUSE
My second choice of placing him would be inside the
Lincoln Memorial. So its either one end of the Mall
or the other.
My first picture was of a round column.
And I appeared to be on a porch under an overhang
looking out. . . as it were.
Item Number One, Page One, is the column. And, you
would be looking out. There appeared to be a porch
here of some type.
Number Two: Its not a very good likeness or drawing.
Number Two was a . . the face of a statue or whatever.
I saw the head and the shoulders. And it appeared to be
standing alone, by itself. I had the feeling that there
was a wall, square in back of it and there might have
been a doorway here. Dark.
Let's see, what was the third image I had?
#28: Something about a balcony.
#11: Balcony. Well, I'll draw the shape here. I'm not
sure it was a balcony, but I had the feeling it was
above floor level and it reminded me . . . kind of
like the balconies you see at a theater or something.
#28: There was some design above floor level or above
normal room level.
#11: Right.
#28: That you thought reminded you of a balcony shape?
#11: Right.

#28: But when I asked you to stand up there, then how
about it?
#11: Well, I went up there. . . and tried to look down.
I had the impression I was looking down. From where
I saw the bust or statue or whatever from an aerial
perspective I probably would have been about balcony
level.
#28: Um hm. Was that a normal place to stand?
#11: I'm not sure. Because at the time, I seemed to be
in air. I wasn't standing on anything. I was located
centrally over . .
#28: You were up as high as the balcony?
#11: Right.
#28: But you weren't standing on it?
#11: No, I was. . I was not standing on anything. I was
flying. . or whatever. I was up there looking down
but I was up there in open space. That's why I had
the feeling it was such a large or tall ceiling.
#28: Because you were able to still be up there above this?
#11: Right.
#28: Then it must have been a high ceiling. Did you get
any look at the ceiling other than a feeling it was
a high ceiling?
PAUSE
#11: Well, I'm afraid to put in a lot of overlay.
#28: Okay. At the time, at that time, did you look up at
the ceiling?
#11: No. No. Not at that time. In fact, when I went
back to look at the balcony, I was up the balcony,
I . . .

#11: Okay, when I went up to the balcony, I tried to stand
there and look down, I had the feeling of looking
down but I wasn't seeing anything. Then, all of a
sudden, I seemed to be at that level but outside look-
ing at a dome roof. And it seems that the balcony
or the activity that was taking place was in this
building.
Then, I had the, when I went back and looked at the
statue or the . . . at that time, I felt it was a
bust of a statue, I saw a white stone column. ]t
appeared to be like a typical Greek column. I'm not
sure whether the base on the column was square or
round. The column appeared to be fluted.
Number Five: I'll draw the impression of the white
marble column. I'll label it. Then, there was a
pedistal on top of the column and I saw this bust.
or statue up here.
#28: Now this may or may not be the same statue you saw
before.
#11: It may or may not. Its hard to say. I did not get
a lot of definition on this statue, but it was
definitely a bust.
PAUSE
And that appeared to be marble also.
PAUSE
The floor appeared to be tiled. Not, as I said, I'm
not sure if they were stone. They appeared to be
square tiles. I'm not. . I had the feeling but I'm
not absolutely sure I didn't actually see it, but I
had the feeling that there was some type of design with-
in this floor of tiles and there might have been some
. . . the design would have been in black, with white
and black tile floor.
What else did we have? And somewhere along the line,
I had a picture of, which was. . which was. . which
seemed to be totally unrelated analytically to the

rest of the stuff, of the looking up at the statue
of Abraham Lincoln. In the Lincoln Memorial there.
Can you think of anything else?
#28: I think that you've drawn, you've covered just about
everything you've seen. Is there anything that you feel
you want to add? I'd like to say that as you were
talking, when you mentioned balcony and theater and
busts, my concept was the Kennedy Center Theater.
#28: Then you draw a dome building like that from the out-
side, I don't know if you can see the Capitol. . the
Capitol building from the Kennedy Center. There's
all sorts of overlay too. If they were at the Lincoln
Memorial you can turn around and look out from the
Lincoln Memorial and see the Capitol building.
#11: Right.
#28: And. . . but your descriptions; none of your descrip-
tions seem to match my initial concept of the Kennedy
Center because you didn't continue on your theater
balcony concept so I don't think that the Kennedy
Center concept was relevant.
Although I do know that they have some busts, you know.
#11: I have never been there. I think the overall strongest
. . . the first impression andprobably the strongest
and the most (not audible) is the statue. And then the
statue turned into a bust and the bust was sitting on
a marble column. . . And then, even at the end. . . you
know, looking at the statue of Lincoln or whatever, this
status thing just keeps coming, popping in and out.
#28: Okay. You would say you're impression is, where its
physically located you can't pin down, but there seems
to be something related to a statue involved.
#11: Right.

#11: Yes. And as I stepped outside, or as I felt I was
outside and looking outside, I saw a dome roof.
#28: Um hm. Okay. Sounds good. Anything else?
#11: I think that's about it.
