1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote view-
ing session conducted for training purposes to enhance a
remote viewer's demonstrated ability.
2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions during this session
appear to have no correlation with the target at all. The
target location for this session was a roximately 30 miles
from the coast There was nothing
here except water for 30 statute miles in any direction. The
viewer complained bout the ambient room noise, which was quite
disturbing at times.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in
the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote
Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB B is a map of the
target location.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION XCV
#11: #15.5, its now 2 o'clock and I'm opening up
an envelope here which contains a set of coordinates.
Now, these coordinates can be anywhere in the world.
The coordinates are:
SG1A
#11: No seconds.
#15.5: Got to be a pretty big target.
PAUSE
#11: Here's a smaller (not audible) all of our
coordinates (not audible).
#15.5: Oh, okay.
I'm visualizing the Earth, standing looking at
the top of the North Pole and trying to see
how are around 120 degrees is.
For some reason, I'm having trouble visualizing
this so I had to sit down and draw it.
All of a sudden I'm more conscious of the noises
around me than ever before. The cleaning people
out in the hall. That dumb lawn mower and the
helicopter going overhead. So I've got to go
back. This is going to be a long session. I've
got to go back and re-establish my nice comfort-
able working state.

PAUSE
Well.
PAUSE
I don't know. I suppose the problem is I don't
have a good feeling for where I am and how far
120 degrees is. And so for that reason, to say,
to a quarter of the way around the Earth that
way and then 30 degrees more to there and go up
30 degrees seemes to be giving me a lot of trouble.
I seem to be more concerned about being able to
do it than I have been in the past.
I'm getting a lot of large metallic shapes which
I've done some sketches but that don't make a
lot of sense to me.
#15.5: Large on the order of magnitude of 30, 40, 50
feet high.
+23 And the fact that they're knocking on the door
isn't helping any.
+24 Just a nice, white parametal shape. I don't
know; I'm just going to draw them.
The shapes that I'm getting seem regular in
geometric but they also seem to be very, very
large. I don't have a good sense of scale for
this yet. I don't know if there's any meaning
to these things or not. This thing looks like
a missile nose cone. Its in some kind of a
stand.
Another large metallic shape with a whole bunch
of what appear to be teeth or buckets on it.
Some kind of fantastic, giant size digging machine.
I don't know.

This was the same thing from a different
perspective.
PAUSE
Using an awful lot of paper.
PAUSE
That one made me jump!
#11: Yes. Me too!
#15.5: I keep trying for some kind of more semblence
of where I am. What the place is like. And
all I get is machinery.
More and more of it, I understand less and less
of. That looks like some part of an oil well.
I have a feeling this whole thing is scrap. I'll
take this whole pile of scrap and put it over
there. . Put that over there. Take this card,
right side up.
Okay. This is different. That's all I can say
about it. It seems to be a more of an ideograph
than a picture of a real thing. This place is
or what kind of a place it is and ahead of me
where I am seems to be the target area seems to
be right down there. . . Is that right? Well,
let's say its there. But there seems to be a
single mountain with a lake, large lake that bends
around it. That's kind of an ideograph that I
have drawn or a horizontal flat lake that's quite
large and has a notch in it or western side of it
that seems to have a large mountain mass that rises
up in it.

I keep saying what kind of terrain is it. . .
At the target area and I keep coming up with
flat. I keep saying what's it like there?
And I don't perceive any. . . I just don't
perceive anything; except this surrealistic
landscape of large, metallic shapes that I kept
getting. I don't see a city. I don't get the
feeling of people. I don't get the feeling of
anything except a big barren plain that . . .
+37 Its a large flat area that's got somehow.
some reason, large machinery in it.
It looks like a combine or parts of a combine.
And I can't tell you why I said that looks like
a combine because I don't know what a combine
looks like. Other than, just in general terms.
PAUSE
What in the world is that?
I don't know. Let me have it.
#11: That's it?
#15.5: Yeah.
#11: End of session.
