REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote
viewing session conducted for the purpose of orienting a
remote viewer to an applied remote viewing protocol.
2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions during this session
appear to correlate well with the selected target. The viewer
seemed to be having some difficulty in obtaining any imagery
during this session. It was eleven minutes after the beginning
of the session that the viewer received the first impressions.
The viewer had an impression of what looked like a very long
tunnel. The viewer seemed somewhat confused by this image,
because at times it appeared arched and at other times it
appeared square. The target selected for this session was an
above ground pipeline. When you look at the on-site photographs
(TAB B), you can plainly see the square, long tunnel in the upper
left photograph. The long arched tunnel is apparent in the upper
right photograph. Although the viewer's impressions were brief
and sketchy, they appear to be very accurate. The viewer was
relaxed and was not disturbed by ambient room noise. However,
this viewer suggested that a darker room might enhance the
remote viewing process.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session and which will
be used in later training is detailed in the document, Standard
Remote Viewing Protocol (Local Targets) by Harold E. Puthoff and
Russell Targ, November 1978.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made
by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At
TAB B are photographs of the target site.

REMOTE VIEWING.(RV) SESSION C
#14: This will be a remote viewing session (edited
for security).
All right #25.5, its now 11 o'clock. #28 has
reached his location. Project out there to #28.
Tell me what you see.
PAUSE
Are you getting any impressions?
#25.5: Nothing.
#14: Just relax and something will come to you. It
usually does. Just relax and describe any
feelings; any sensations, hot/cold or movement.
PAUSE
Form a mental image of #28 in your mind.
PAUSE
Once you form that image of #28, step back and
describe the things around the image.
+11 #25.5: The only thing that I have gotten and its very
articulated, its hard to describe, is some sort
of a tunnel, long tunnel. Natural tone. Natural
(not audible). Being inside of it. Brown, gray.
PAUSE
#14: Can you see the end of this tunnel?
#25.5: Vaguely. Its very articulated. (Not audible).
#14: Okay.

#25.5: I don't understand.
#14: I was just going to suggest that you move yourself
along the tunnel until you come to the end. Step
outside of the tunnel and describe what you see.
+14 #25.5: I'm getting it stronger. But still, I'm inside
the tunnel. I can't seem to get out of the tunnel.
Sometimes its arched and sometimes squared off.
Tunnel effect and its very long.
And its not damp like a natural tunnel would
probably be. So, I don't get that feeling. I
don't necessarily get the feeling its a tunnel
even. . but it looks like a tunnel.
#25.5: That is all I can get.
And everything I'm seeing is rocky. I don't see
any trees or any ground or dirt. I'm not even
sure its an outside thing.
#14: Did you try moving along the tunnel and trying to
#25.5: Yeah. But I can't do it. I come to the end, it
seems like the end and its light but I can't go
beyond that and I don't see anything either..
#14: Hmmm.
#25.5: I mean I see lines and patterns but nothing I
could really describe.
PAUSE
I'm not getting anything.
#14: Okay.

#14: #28's left the area anyhow about this time.
PAUSE
Do you want to try to put anything down on paper?
PAUSE
Would you like some more light?
#25.5: Um hm.
(DRAWING)
That's the (not audible). Is the tape still on?
#14: Yeah. How about lines and patterns?
#25.5: Well. . .
#14: Can you describe . . .
#25.5: Yes. Well, the tunnel, I wrote it down there,
was rough. Sort of curvey rough, like that.
Almost an even pattern actually. And when I
looked out front it was just like anytime you
close your eyes, the lines. Nothing at all definite
that I could. . . .
Nothing. And when I looked out it was . . it was
bright at the end but I couldn't seem to get out
of the tunnel. And I didn't see trees or anything
outdoorsey as though I were coming out into a
glade or something. Nothing like that. I didn't
see anything. All I saw was just a pattern, I
don't know how to describe it,'cause it was so
(not audible). Brownish, everyting was brownish,
grayish, you know, those colors. No, I didn't
have a particular feeling like I was outside or
inside.
#14: Okay.
#25.5: Very weak.
#14: Did the noise bother you at all?

#14: The noise out there.
#25.5: The thing that . . . I don't know if I have
trouble with this. . but I always put my hands
over my eyes because I do much better the more
blacked out it is, the better the . . .
#14: Yeah. I have the same problem too. Even with
all the drapes and stuff closed, there's still
an awful lot of light in here.
#14: Okay. We'll call this end of session.
