SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C 12
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote view-
ing session conducted for training purposes to enhance a remote
viewer's demonstrated ability.
2. (S) The viewer appeared very relaxed prior to and throughout
the session. There appears to be some target correlation in this
session. Room noise was minimal although the air conditioner was
making a steady vibrating sound. The noise did not seem to bother
the remote viewer's concentration. The viewer never did identify
the airfield as the target; however, his impressions of the
countryside certainly demonstrated some correlation to the target
area. Of particular interest is the way the viewer described the
"dike like road" when, in fact, there is a road built on a levee
in the nearby area. This was the first time that #19.5 and
#43.5 had done a session together and we encountered no problems.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made
by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At
TAB B is a map and description of the target site.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C 12
#28: This will be a remote viewing session (edited
for security).
PAUSE
#43.5: Okay, #19.5, its now 1400. I'm going to open up
the envelope. It has a set of coordinates here.
These coordinates are:
PAUSE
Go to that location, #19.5, and tell me what
you see.
PAUSE
+02 #19.5: I see kind of a farmland type countryside.
PAUSE
It appears to be . . I thought there was build-
ings but I lost it. Let me think a minute.
PAUSE
+04 I see some kind of a . . triangular type beam
or something. Some kind of support to a . . to a.
a building. Or its part of the end of a building.
That may even be the shape of the building. It
looks ind of . . yeah. I see rice paddies.
PAUSE
I saw. . . like a factory type building. Its got
the same design. Low. Flat. Like kind of an
old-fashioned barracks type.
PAUSE
+06 But it appears to be some kind of sheds or stor-
age type things down one side and stacks of cans
or something. They look like spools. Like sewing
thread spools. All stacked up. The . . .

I'm still not quite sure that this is a building
or not. Its . . I can't see the inside. I gotta
say its probably a big rectangular form with kind
of a beam shaped or triangular beam shaped form
running down both sides. There are some edges
that look like shed type edges sticking out and I
get the impression there's stacked spool like
objects around it. I have no conceivable idea of
what it is.
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: Ahh. . . . I see big power lines for some reason
but they don't . . . they just go through the
area. I definitely see what looks like some
Asiatic farmland of some sort. Rice paddies and
bamboo stands and . . . appears that there are
probably some hills jutting up.
+09 I get the . . I get a strong sensation that its
coastal. This area is coastal. Its like I can
smell salt air.
PAUSE
Its . . . I don't see anything distinguishable
about the rectangular form. I can't see either
end of it. Its like its very long. See what
appears to be like a spiral shape or form. Like
you would see when you look through concertina.
Its a spiral. Marshy ground. Very wet ground.
PAUSE
That's really all I see; I don't see anything else.
Its a very simple target. I think.
PAUSE
At least I'm getting the impression that it is
not a very complex target.
PAUSE
For some reason I just had a flash like I was
looking at the front end of an old truck. With
a canvas top and it had a funny up/down grill on
it. Like reminiscent of the 40's. Its just a
fleeting type thing like maybe it was driving
through that area or something. Its really all;
maybe I ought to sketch some of this out.

#43.5: You seem to be pretty low; can you go up and
maybe take a look at the area in broad per-
spective?
#19.5: Yeah. Very green. I get the feeling that
there's. . . outside of a . . . no. To be honest,
I'm trying to see if there's some military
significance to it and I keep getting strong
feelings of training but no real military
significance to the target.
Like it may be used or part of a training type
area.
#43.5: Now remember, don't try to put something in
there.
#19.5: I'm not. Just . . . Its very wet area. I see
light reflecting off of many. . . square pattern
areas, like many rice paddies, you know. Really
kind of a desolate area.
#43.5: Okay.
+11 #19.5: Very sparsely populated.
PAUSE
Still spool type objects.
#43.5: Tell me more about that truck. What type of
road was it on?
#19.5: I'd say probably, I don't feel like its paved.
I feel like its probably crushed rock and dirt.
Very dusty when its dry. I don't feel like its
dry right now though for some reason.
#43.5: Okay.
PAUSE
#19.5: It feels like its raised, you know, like the
road is up a little, its been raised.
PAUSE
That was a very fleeting shot of a truck.
don't think its there permanently. Humph!
really don't see anything else.

#43.5: Are you still seeing that old-fashioned barracks
type building?
#19.5: I'm not sure that's a building. I said that
rectangular form. And there seem to be a couple
. . a couple triangular beam, long lanky beam
type objects. Its rectangular shape, I had a
lot of trouble seeing the ends of. For some
reason, like they blend into something.
#43.5: Um hm.
#19.5: I'm trying to look for some significant detail
about them and I can't . . . I can't. . For a
fleeting second there I got the feeling like
maybe the triangular beam type objects are stand-
ing on end. Its kind of interesting. I see a
black. . . the round edge of the rectangular
object is black like there's black paint or heavy
shadow or some sort there. Really kind of a back-
ward area of the world it seems like. I may be
wrong but I get that sensation.
#43.5: Okay. Fine.
PAUSE
#19.5: God knows why they'd have any interest in protect-
ing these beam type objects, but there's a. . a
sense there's concertina wire somewhere around.
Or that shape, that form, that pattern. Rolls of
something around. I . . Its difficult to tell
what the relationship of the spool type objects
are to this. Too, but they're there. There is
that form, its there.
+15 #43.5: Why don't you follow that wire around to see where
it goes.
PAUSE
#19.5: It goes up both edges of the raised road.
PAUSE
There's what appears to be off to the side like
some kind of a . . Its hard to tell far away.
A few thousand meters. . some low, low roof
structures. Some kind of a camp. With just people.
Very few vehicles it seems like. Its almost like

this is an entry road to that camp. For some
reason. But I don't feel like the camp is the
target. That's just a periphial thing - its kind
of off. Off to one side.
I want to . .
PAUSE
PAUSE
+17 There's another funny object there too. It looks
like a real old-fashioned water tower. Has the
old circular shape thing out of wood. Standing
up on angled out stilted legs with criss-cross
support pieces.
#43.5: Um hm.
#19.5: I don't know if that's what it is, but that's
what it looks like. It has that same shape minus
the . . . the . . long piece that comes out.
#43.5: Where is this structure that you just described
#19.5 in relationship to the spools or the spool
like objects?
#19.5: It appears to be very closely located to it.
Somewhat off to the side of the road, but they're
not fastened to one another. I don't think.
Its like they just happen to be standing there
together.
PAUSE
Just lost that, that shape, that tower type
shape. f can't seem to locate it anymore. I
feel like I'm on one side of the raised road and /7
can't see around it for some reason.
#43.5: Go. Why don't we go up to about 1,000 feet and
look down and see what you can see on the other
side of the road.
PAUSE
+19 #19.5: When I see it now, its like to the side of the
road. It might be some kind of watch tower or
something. Its like that. And then the spools
anyway are circled by the . . a circular pattern.

That's all I can . . . Its a very. . I don't know
for some reason I just don't get anything else
out of it.
#43.5: Do you want to draw?
#19.5: Its a . . . yeah. It must be a very simple target.
That feeling anyway. Let me fix this tower or
whatever it is in my mind. Its kind of a neat
thing.
PAUSE
+21 Page 1, there's a . . its like . . like rectangular
pieces. For some reason, I feel like there's an
edge or an end on each end but I'm having a lot
of trouble seeing it for some reason. But I just
sense that its there. And the bottom edge is
either painted black or is a shadow of some sort.
PAUSE
And I can't tell the relationship of this to the
triangular objects but there's like a . . there's
like two triangular objects like this that come
down like beam shapes. I get a feeling of great
strength. . that's why I call them beams for some
reason. Like there's some great strength associated
with these things. And I see . . . one or two of
these. Not very many.
PAUSE
For some reason, I just think they're beam type
objects.
That's one.
PAUSE
PAUSE
On Two, Page 2 - there's a like a stack of spool
type objects. Very difficult drawing these.
They are kind of in this . . right, but I don't
have any, for some reason, feeling of size associated
with these. They could be can size or they could
be smaller.
They're fairly substantial though. I don't want
to give the impression that they're small. I
never see small things for some reason. But these
are very substantial. But they're kind of like

stacked or whatever.
#43.5: Where are they located in relation to (not
audible). . ?
#19.5: I don't see the beams and the rectangle -- you're
covering up your speaker #43.5 -- I don't see
the beams and the rectangle at all when I look
from the top. But what I see is a . . I see
like some form of camp. This is on Page 3.
I see some form of camp over here with a main
access road going like this and its a raised road.
Like crushed rock and dirt road that goes down
the center of this raised portion. And for some
reason back here, right after it comes off of
another main road, back here.
#43.5: Is that road made of a similar material?
#19.5: This, this . . yes. This target that I was look-
ing at is here in relationship. I just feel like
its there. And within that box which I'll put on
Page 4, . . Oh, incidentally, there are squares
of reflected light everywhere. For some reason,
I just feel like its an Asiatic type farming
community. You know, like those are rice paddies.
Strange, but that's the way I feel.
PAUSE
Four. Page 4. In that square there is this
raised portion of this road with crushed rock
and dirt. Portion here. And when I look at this
from the top I sense this is the target, I see a
. . . well, it can't be in that direction. I
sense this as being a four-legged supported old-
fashioned water tower, guard tower type structure.
And next to it I sense the spools are somewhere
close by and that this wire pattern is everywhere.
I don't see it, you know, how it is in pattern.
But its everywhere. There's some significance to
this portion of the road.
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: Page 4. And Page 5, that pattern is definitely
like this. Everywhere. The side view of the,
between the dotted lines, the side view of the
tower or whatever it is, I can't tell if its round
or square. It looks square to the eye from the
side but I don't know if that's the side of a
circular object or a square object. But I get a

feeling its made of wood and that the legs extend
down maybe three stories and that there is crossed
pieces as well as pieces that go around this way.
Supporting it. Its some kind of tower.
PAUSE
That's it really.
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: I think there's some kind of military significance
to this but I don't see it as something really,
I mean, of great importance.
#43.5: Um hm.
PAUSE
Are you going to go back to this one?
#19.5: Yeah. This is Number 2, Page 3. I'm sorry - the
camp.
#43.5: Explain the road going to that area there again.
#19.5: Its a dike like road. Its like a huge mound of
dirt like a dike. It may not even be a formal
road. It may be what they've done is created
this dike of crushed rock and dirt and soil and
everything and they may patrol the top edge of
the dike. . . or use the top edge of the dike as
well for convenience as a road. But its an access
road in any case to this camp area . . over here.
I just see these as being very low silhouetted
barracks type buildings. They have really no
significance. May even be a farmer's camp or a
worker's camp, or . . .
#43.5: The building's inside that area?
#19.5: Inside the scribbled area, yeah.
#43.5: Okay. How about down at the other end - (not
audible) this junction (not audible) to the other
road. What is that box down there?
#19.5: This box.
#43.5: Okay.

#19.5: I just sense that that . . I get a strong feel-
ing of water around that box too. I don't know
if its because the ground's marshy; if there's
some form of river that passes; there's a possi-
bility that there's a river that passes through
there. But, I just essentially feel that the
target is actually within this box.
#43.5: Is that whole area fenced in with the concertina?
#19.5: No. There's just concertina in that box.
#43.5: Within that area, okay.
#19.5: Yeah. But how its patterned there, its like some
form of control of some sort.
PAUSE
I don't have any idea why.
PAUSE
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: That's the real target right there.
That's about the best I can do.
#43.5: Is there anything else you want to add or anything?
#19.5: No. I don't think so. We'll terminate this.
