SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CE-5-8
1. (S) This report documents a Remote Viewing (RV) session
conducted in compliance with a request from SOD, J3, OJCS,
Pentagon, Washington, D.C. The purpose of the session was
to provide information relevant to the hostage situation in
the U.S. Embassy compound in Teheran, Iran.
2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are
provided as raw intelligence data and as such have not been
subjected to any intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation.
Interpretation and use of the information provided is the
responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made
by the remote viewer reference his impressions of the target
site. At TAB B is target cueing information provided the
remote viewer.

For the past few minutes now, you have been
looking at a photograph of Alan GOLACINSKI.
Focus your attention now on Alan. Focus your
attention on him. Relax and concentrate.
Focus your attention now on Alan, on his location.
Focus your attention. Relax and concentrate, and
describe his location to me.
+06 #07 I'm having a little trouble with the imagery. I'm
seeing clear s-s-s walls like the inside of the cave.
Just rocks and vertical rough texture like..uh..
stone...but I don't see anybody there.
#66 Ok. Relax and concentrate for a minute. We have
plenty of time. Fix your attention, image in your
mind of Alan's face. Fix your attention on Alan.
Relax and concentrate and locate Alan. Focus your
attention clearly on his location. I will wait.
#07 I don't like this. Something wrong. Something is
wrong. I see a ravine.. .a ravine type area. I saw
..I don't know. I don't know if it's symbolic, or
what. I saw two head stones. Blue...a blue jar
sitting on the ground...ravine. I am looking all
over for Alan (mumbling). I'm going to look again

There's a building nearby. I have been trying to
see in it and I can't. I still don't see Alan.
I see the jar again.
I see alot of imagery but I don't see him. I was
just looking over a fence into a..into a lot, for
some reason is important..uh..I don't see anybody.
PAUSE
Nope. I don't see .....wait a minute.....
PAUSE
I got somebody, in a room with high (mumbling)
The guy's in seating position with blanket pulled
up over his head....wrapped around him. It's very
cold. It's a very bare, austere room. Uh...he's
sitting, sitting...legs drawn up under him with the
blankets pulled around him. He doesn't appear to
have a mustache.

#07 I'm (mumbling) try to get a good look at his face.
I felt it was. Very thick walls, and dark window-
frame. Just plain cement, smooth high ceiling.
Very bare. Cot like thing in the room, and...huh..
you ain't going to believe this.. .but so help me

know if this is Alan or not. The only feature
see look like him but there's no mustache. I
think he...I think he's exhausted, or something,
cold.. .and alone.. .not getting alot of sleep. He's
about half in a stuper...he's not awake and he's
not in a deep sleep either. He's sitting. I have
a feeling this room is above ground floor. I'm
going to try to look out the window and all I see
is blowing snow.

depressed state of mind. I feel the cold he is feeling

here. He...he, he is getting up. If they don't
leave him with people he can talk to he's going to go
know what day it is. (Mumbling) he's awake.
He doesn't know. He doesn't know if there's any
.....he doesn't know if there's anyone else in here
or not. He almost (mumbling) off a (mumbling). I
don't know how...it's been some time since he
saw friends. Ok. (Mumbling)...stomach hurts.
That's why...that's part of why he's sitting up.

was I figured he...I never even thought. I'll see.
He assumes everybody, everybody is separated. I
keep seeing... there's a little .... a little case,
box a foot long associated with Alan. I don't
know why I said that. He worries too much. He's
+35 getting awfully depressed. Stubborn son-of-a-gun.
He's been s-s-sr---... He's been hallucinating
quite a bit.His stomach hurts something fierce.
And the left shoulder...ah.. I'll be dammed.

#07 (Mumbling).... I'm talking to him but I don't
know how I did it. He didn't say anything.
I knew what he meant.

#07 I was-because of the state he's in I had to be
careful what I said to him...while I was formulating
my question I was suddenly aware of his answer.
I didn't notice that at first.

#07 It's just I was so intent on it trying to help the
poor bastard.. .just didn't know ...he started to
say something and someone finished his sentence
for him. Give you the answer the same time by
doing so. Like he...like he knew what I was going
to say but...

Must be imagining things, but, I saw a wire going
to a little microphone. It's hidden in the room.
I don't know why. I don't know whether Alan talks
to himself or whether someone's been in there talking
to him. Some reason they're awfully rough on this
guy.

#07 It's rather narrow. The part I see is narrow and
long and thick walls. Window up there is..uh..
you know... it's... it's way up...I (mumbling) up,
there... usually have a (mumbling) hole there big,
fjthicklwall with windows in^them towards the outs i
(mumbling) light, dirty color. It was never...
a (mumbling) room.... it's just .... (mumbling) simplicity.
and some distance off the ground.
#66 Ok. You feel this room is located up from ground
level?
#07 Yeah. It's..uh..several feet off the ground and
+47 you'd break your neck if you jumped. I didn't tell
you but, I looked for.... since Alan was so completely
alone, I...I figured they must have it set up so
they can take care of himself, but..uh..I couldn't
find a bathroom. I went out in the hail and-looked
down the hall for a bathroom and I couldn't,couldn't
find one. I felt he had been in this room for a
long time, but, he...I don't think he leaves the room.
I don't see a bathroom.

#07 There's someone in the room above him and there's
someone standing in a space outside his door.
A non-discript dress, just .... be a man off the street.
I think there's someone.... someone in the room down
the hall (mumbling) would be on my left. This person
is...appears to be asleep. Looks like little more
furniture in this room and..uh..looks like.. .like
playing cards on a real small table. He's an
older person. Kind of slim. I ..as compared to
short and stocky...kind of tall, tall and slim.

located.
#07 I knew you was going to ask that. Trying to see it.
I've been trying to --see -it: --don' t know. I have
an awa;oness but I'can't see it. Thb-b~wilding
ears narrow and long and looks (mumbling) quite,

quite in the compound. I think what I'm seeing
(mumbling) kind of match (mumbling) open grass and
trees and I just had a feeling, but, I don't see
anything to prove it, but I had a feeling that....
an awareness of being inside...inside the fence.
Ok. I'm outside looking at it. It is a long
building, plain. I think.. .looks like flat roof.
I'll be dammed! I don't see any snow. I see..uh..
off-white buildings, vegetation. I see a fence
over there but I don't know if it's a compound or
+56 not. See vegetation, open spaces, long building and
a fence. I think I just invented the compound.
Just saw some ..... had a stand-off insulator. I think
it stood off in the building. I guess 4-8 inches.
Made (mumbling). There seems to be...seem to be
an extension out from the wall near the top of the
building ....like it had (mumbling)... there's wire
in there... it's... just looking at something so I
can recognize this building.
I just...just got a glimpse of a little cube like
structure. Could be (mumbling) in one room size
nearby. I saw it (mumbling) off the corner. It's
wide as it is tall. I don't understand it. I could
see snow out the window. I go outside and it's not
snowing.
#66 Is there anything on the inside of the building that
would help us to determine what building this is.
I couldn't even find the doors. I was in there
without them .......... I started getting just as
confused as he was. Had trouble breaking out of
it. Kind of frightening. I'll go look. .......
This dark passageway is .....GOD DAM! (Mumbling)
papers scattered around. Just looking down the
(mumbling) must have been paper down the other end
of the hall. Typewriter size paper. Like somebody
had taken every file drawer out and dumped it upside
in the middle of room. File ca..... I didn t
cabinet i know..... it was like paper filed.
