REMOTE VIEWING SESSION #933
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use
of the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S),
undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are pictures drawn by the
remote viewer depicting his impressions of the target and drawing narrative.
Target cuing information was a sealed envelope which allegedly had a picture
in it of the target. The photograph was never shown to the remote viewer.

#66: This will be a remote vieiwng session for 0900 hours,
8 September 1982.
Following is a pre-session briefing to the remote viewer.
Today's target is of very important interest to the
intelligence community. The way in which you will access
the target today is through a color photograph, which is
the .....sealed in a envelope. So, there is a envelope
prepared today which has the colored photograph of the
target site with; a.;ergetNow, I have been
assured that unlike our previous photograph of a week or
so ago, that this photograph is uncluttered. The only
thing in the photograph is that which is of intelligence
interest. There's nothing else in the photograph. There's
only....of the target of interest. So, we will channel through
the photograph.to the target and ask you to describe the target
in the photograph in the sealed envelope. Do you have any
questions about this morning's session?
#32: No. I don't have any questions, really. I just want to
underscore the potential problems of not having a knowledgeable
person on the target. In that, if it's, i.e., a room or
building I have the potential of being at the target and not
collecting against. what their interest lies in.
#66: I understand.
#32: It seems like we'd be through all this foolishness here,
and me getting down to some collecting, but, that's okay.
#66: I understand where you're coming from.
#32: As long as they understand.
#66: And, I remind you that you and I together have done some
pretty amazing things in coming up with that which was
really important. Even when the. customer., himself, didn't
know what he wanted. So, I have....... faith in you that
what is important about this target will be the thing that
is apparent to you.. It will be the thing that, the thing
that you attach to at the target....will attract your attention
because I've seen you do it before several times.

way from the outside into the target, we're working inside
out.

No. I don't have any questions.
#66:
Okay, then. Now, you have about five minutes to relax and
prepare yourself for this morning's session.
#66:
Relax now, relax, relax relax and concentrate.
Focus
your attention solely and completely ....... on the target in
the photograph in the envelope for.this project. Focus on
the target in the photograph. Relax, relax, relax and
describe the target to me.
Ah......big spots of green..... various green.....flat gray...
no.... flat black squares...flat on the ground..... center is...
center of the green area has got gray stone...... lighter green
roof..something pointed on the roof......Just a minute.
#66: Relax now.
I feel like I'm.describing a photo. Ah.....let me access the target.
.....Just a minute.
#66: I will wait. As you access the target, it will help to
describe your perspective of observation. Relax, relax
and concentrate.
Ah...my location is...east, southeast of-the target......
half a mile away, 2,000 feet.....that gray building with
green roof.. .see windows,-normal windows....... long driveway...
Like green trees...like evergreens...small parking area..that
looks like...south end, south side of building.
#66: The area of intelligence interest is perceptible in the
present time.
Third floor..next to attic. Get. the feeling of old and new
mixed. Almost antique feeling, but see much new things.

#32: See shinny, metal racks, but feeling of oldness to the area.
Metal racks are like shelves with...many different receivers. Ah...
keep wanting to look up..like this is a......just a minute. Let
me clear up on it.
#66: Relax and explore the target without reporting. Relax...
right now..... concentrate.
#32: Ah...this is a..specialized, collection site, clandestine....
It's hidden. It's right in the edge of a.platform, footprint....
...in this whole collage of special type antennas that are
pointed up to the side...like they're pointed straight up over
Greenland. Keep getting this strong feeling like there's....
platform satellite type..... apparatus beaming a footprint
......It's a relay........... Most of this equipment is
unmanned. See technicians... working on....board inserts and
things of that nature. See racks and racks of open backed
equipment. It's tape machines. .-Can't tell if they're nine or
12 level. I think they're 12 level tapes...'cause.they're wide.
#66: The impressions you're having of the target are of U.S.
equipment?
#32: Just a minute. I'm getting a confused impact...........
Predominantly, no. There's some, but........ wait a minute.
This is very confusing.
#66: I will wait. Relax and explore without reporting. Relax,
relax and concentrate.
#32: I'm seeing...... seeing U.S. equipment, but it's not being
operated by U.S. people. It's predominantly U.S. equipment,
but-it's not being operated by us. I keep getting images of
Naval ships. Believe their relays are...relay platform is
Naval. It's predominantly Naval communications type system.
#66: Focusing on the target area in the photograph, describe how
this area is powered.
Ah...it's local power, but I see also backup generators.
They're American made generators. Get a feeling of.......
feeling this is a residence too.. See rooms, rooms with beds.
There's a lot of rooms with beds. See an.analysis section.
It's mixed in with the equipment.... desk and tables with sheets
and sheets of numbers, and some maps....wall maps of the......

#32: Just a minute....... Appear to-be ....north Atlantic. area....
.....particular attention to...England and France coast...
Spanish coast, Mediterranean ...... All kinds of tracings.....
things..... doing something with signal strengths.
#66: Raw data.
#32: Ah...Matching.repeats. Some message are repeats. See a like
site within 100 miles., Belongs to U.S. And, this target's in
the peripheralof the earth bound footprint from the platform.
See a second platform putting a needle-like beam through the
other footprint. Very, very narrow beam with a high power
output. Different ........ complete different signal. More like a
carrier. It's like a big lobe, just...rifled through...
#66: Focusing on the target in the photograph, you used the words
covert or clandestines.
#32: Clandestine.
#66: Describe the raw data which leads you to this conclusion.
PAUSE
#32: Don't have any exterior evidence of the building. It looks
like a normal building.. Most of the entire equipment is in the
attic.
#66: Stand on top of the building, scan 360 and describe the
key terrain feature which would locate us.at the building.
Building, length-wise is...facing..east, southeast. Rear is
facing west, northwest.
#66: Key terrain feature?
#32: Starting in the.rear of the building there's...there's
residential area in the distance...t.rees.in between... going
right... trees... keep sweeping right... coastline way in distance...
comes down closer towards front.... continues off in the south...
trees, shore and coastline. That's all I get.
#66: All right.
And, .1 see a large. city. It's...just a second. I lost it
for a minute. Wait a minute.

#32: I keep flipf.lopping. It's either.just north or just south.
I can't steady the image.
#66: All right. I have no further questions. But, I would like
you to take a moment now to explore the target beyond the
confines of my questions. Take the time now to explore
beyond the confines of my questions to the items of intelligence
interest. I will wait.
#32: Ah...specific information they're :co:l:lect:ing is.........
18 to 20 digits. It's repeated twice.._ It's all in numerics..
And, it's all in cryptive. It's from all over the north Atlantic.
Probably Naval positions. Seems to be one class of ships, as
well.
#66: Break this into raw data for me.
#32: I just feel .a likeness... some familiarity to these ships
for some reason. Can't remember why. Getting overlays of
rockets. That's all I get. No. Wait! There's a primary relay
satellite......doesn't belong to them.. But,the second one
does. The two together are important, for some reason. All
I get.

#32: Okay. Page one is my view of the target which is the building
in the picture, and it's just surrounded by trees everywhere.
It's like three floors... whatnot. And, the third floor is
just mishmash of electronics. And, I get the impression like
it's U.S. electronics for the majority, but not being owned
and operated by U.S. people. It's being owned and operated
by foreigners. And,..I also get a strong feeling that it's
clandestine... .this activity, because there's no... .exterior
evidence of collection equipment or antennas or anything.
Feel like they're all like in the attic.
#32: Extreme high wave....high frequency.... type information because
the attic doesn't seem to have an affect on the dish type
equipment.... locate up there specially type.... collection
equipment.
#32: In drawing two, I tried to picture what I call scenario of
operation which is quite generally the most of what I got
out of this-this session. I was trying to get what, what's
important about the target. I kept being drawn to a space
platform that's a type relay....... communications relay .....
system.
#66: When you say drawn, can you explain for me what you mean?
#32: Yeah, I'm walking down through these..racks:, this mishmash of
equipment, and it's all different kinds of radio receivers and
...whatnot...you know.....just this bastardization of equipment
in the target building, and I'm asking myself questions. I'm
looking at all this, you know. What is this for? Why is this
here? And, in a flash, I find myself on space platform. And,
it's not theirs. It's ours, you know. It's just a communica-
tions relay type platform. So, then, I get this image of this
giant footprint being beamed down td.earth to a.regular communications
relay site, and, within the footprint is .. the target building.
You know. It's kind of winking at me off on the side. So,
I'm kind of looking at an overview of this operation type thing.
Then, I pick up..like a pencil beam going down through the
satellite footprint. I get this very narrow beam from the
second satellite that appears to be theirs, and is passing also
some kind of information. So, I ask, "Well, okay...where is
this information coming from, you know, that they're collecting
clandestinely, you know?" Why are they in this footprint getting
,-this information? And, I get two kinds of information. I get
they're collecting... relaying information off satellite, and

that's in groups of 18 to 20..digits...all numbers, and they're
repeats. They're repeat groups. And, they're matching that
to identical information they're getting from a second satellite
which is theirs ...plus some information. So,...and, I think
what's important is that the two match, and the additional
information that they'.re getting from the second satellite has
some affect on the analysis of the matching data. So, it's
kind of like they're trying to identify the exact placement
of information or something that's coming from two locations.

And,
to be
here.
I get these speckled little things all over what appears
the North Atlantic, and I'll draw in the two coastlines

Okay.
And, then these speckled things.... you... think......
#32:
Yeah, then I get a, a strong familiarity feeling, you know.
Like my old nuclear feeling. So, you know, and it's very
generalized with these ships, so........ These are.probably
nuclear type ships... nuclear powered ships or nuclear carrying
ships of some kind.
#66:
So, you think that these dots you see, then are some ships
in the North Atlantic?
#32:
Yeah, yeah. They're U.S.A. ships. I wrote a little scenario
on here....at the bottom...I said "USA ships. transmit deliberately
to SAT ONE. And 'inadvertently to SAT TWO. The clandestine
building receives the relay from the U.S.A. SAT ONE inadvertently.
You know, clandestinely.. And, SAT TWO deliberately. So, SAT TWO
is sending them additional information as well as the same relay
that they're getting out of the U.S.A satellite. And, SAT TWO
sends additional information to the clandestine building. Plus
relayed information from the ships. .I...just getting this whole
.....just...mishmash of stuff going and coming, and unless there's
something more specific that's got to be targeted in this target,
that's all I get, really.
#66: Okay. I have a question. On the equipment in the building
I don't understand how a foreign group of people could have U.S.
equipment. So, I'm interested in what makes you say .....that
this is U.S. equipment.
#32: Okay. I'm asking because I want to know more about-the target.
One of the questions I ask myself while I'm walking. around in
these rooms, and moving around these rooms.... walking. isn't an
appropriate term, but, while I'm moving around inside these
rooms in the target, L.!.6 asking myself, you know, "What kind of
strange equipment is this? "What's this equipment for, and
everything you know? What kind of equipment is this? Who owns
this equipment? Who is using this equipment?" And, I'm getting
double impressions. I'm getting impressions of U.S. equipment.

But, then I'm getting absolute negatives to U.S. owned for
some reason. I'm just getting a mix of U.S. and foreign in
response to that. And, there also appears to be a great deal
of familiarity in the equipment. Maybe, it's the way it's
mounted in racks. Maybe, its the dial. faces and whatnot.
You know ..... I don't know. Hell, I just.........
#66: Familiarity, you mean you recognize something?
#32: No. I just ask myself the question, "What kind of equipment
is this? Oh! This is American equipment" That's the answer
I get. Then, I.say, okay. "Why am I an American target? Well,
you're not. You're a foreign,. clandestine target, okay." So,
I got American equipment, and a foreigry clandestine target.
So.......
#66: Umm....... I guess your answer to me, you have no explanation
for what this is.
#32: No. You're just going to have to live with that information.
#66: Okay. I don't understand it. But, that's all right. Is there
anything further that you'd-like to.add about the perceptions
you have. You feel then that the target was the building in
drawing one, and you feel the scenario as you've depicted in
two.......
#32: I feel that, you know, there's a reason I go after these targets.
And, that's for intelligence information, okay. I felt that the
most valuable information concerning this target has the scenario
of operation in what they're targeted against. So, that's what
I went after. Now, if they want more details about the target,
well, you may have to target again.
#66: Okay.
#32: I felt that that was the target, and I felt the scenario of
operations is why it was probably there. So, that's what you
got without the analyst out there...... directing us any
differently ..... that's the way it goes.
#66: Okay. Anything else?
#32: Nope.
#66: Okay. That will do it.
