1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data., and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use
of the information provided is the responsibility of the user.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S)
undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following the session the remote viewer was interviewed
for his impressions. At TAB A is a discussion of those impressions. At
TAB B is the target cuing information provided the remote viewer.

#72: This will be a remote viewing-session for 12 January
1982 with a start time of 0930 hours.
It is now 9:30 hours. Our target for today is
the individual who wrote the letter which is in the
sealed envelope. Concentrate, describe to me the
individual who wrote the letter.
#27.5: First impression is it's, it's written by a couple of
people. See the drafter as a woman. Thirty-two,
30 on years of age. Dark, dark brown hair,.....small,
5-2, 5-3. See a male involved. Man about.....he's about
5-8, 145 pounds. Goatee, mustache. combination. Maximum
age..... 30. Got a feeling the....two of these people
are....f oreign....foreign born.
#72: Concentrate on the male ........ hair, eyes.
#27.5: Hair...is brown, eyes are brown...goatee mustache... brown
#72: What is the nationality of the man?
#27.5: Just a minute.
#27.5: Think he's Persian. Getting.a...different language
though. Getting French language, but I think he's
Persian. Iranian, ex-student, engineering student.
#72: Where is he studying?
#27.5: Umm...two and a half years ago, two and a half years
ago....Chicago area. Now, he's not there at all. He's
.....different location. I'm tryin'...just a minute.

movement. First state's New York, New York City...
getting flashes of....southern area of....southern
area of the Bronx, Bronx area. I'm getting another
impression of...the Jacksonville, Florida area.....
Keep clashing from one to the other. The letter was
postmarked from.......... New York City ................
I'm getting a Westcoas.t.communication too, but.I don't
think he's been there ..... He and the woman are close.
See, I think the Florida area has.... something to. do
with money. Getting.a money impression with.....with
this area of Florida... ........ * ... *.* .... to ... 6.0
money and ships, boats. Getting a very strong impression
of a lot of money. Also getting. an. impression that the
guy is ....................................................
stable. Saw a stable type person,. idealist, stable in his
thinking . The woman's irrational..
#72: What is the relationship of the man and the woman?

Saw...two part. The woman's apparently.... apparently
mixed up with him as a result of...some kind of exposure
to a cause or a....whatever he's into. Getting--an
impression of kind of an ego type thing.....Having
trouble with this. The woman is....being of very much
like a groupy feeling like she's caught up with this
..... ir irr ionality . She's caught up in this......
idealistic cause or belief. She's totally irrational.
His is...he's using it f or_.a...using this irrational
idealistic cause...as a cover so to speak for something
more deliberate (phonetic). He's apparently been
recruited to do something.....that impression (phonetic)

#27.5: Only impression ... keep. getting.... keep getting impression
...of one of these...curlicue clouds. Like from.a.....
a rocket of some kind.......flying across the sky......

#27.5: Got a whole flood of information. Then I got...I got
Spanish speaking. people feelings. They're not really
Cubans. They're...from Cuba ..... like I'm having. trouble
putting them in any given space... ........... 0.0 ....... too

#27.5: Got a lot of Cubans. Got a man from the Middle East.
Got an American. Seems to be like a... some kind of
a club or collage... different people. Not getting any
kind of political.motivation. I'm getting very deliberate
plan type............
#72: Concentrate on the woman. What is her nationality,
background?
#27.5: She's......... she's American, Chicago. Born-and
raised in Chicago. Permanent student type...see
number of colleges......midwest. She attended like
two or three colleges there. Getting a groupy feeling
about her...very irrational, idealistic, radical
thinking.

#27.5: Ah...last place was Chicago.... 1980... winter, 1980.
She's been-moving around for some reason, since
then. See a Chicago and New York link. See drugs
and money with her.

#27.5: There's a. .......I don't. know. I get a......like
the triad of three schools here. Think they're all
intermixed. Share some kind of scheduling. I don't
know. I don't understand that.

#27.5: It's, it's all in the city.

the letter as he does?

using somebody else's reputation ............. I get an
impression also that...that was a decision made by...
more than just.himself.... I'm also getting another...

an intended distraction. I don't know ...... Just a
fleeting impression that... like a ruse type impression
about the letter.
#72: What city is the author in now?
#27.5: Flying up in New Jersey area, south of New York.
Seeing ah....yeah, New Jersey area.
#72: Fine. Concentrate on the letter. Concentrate on the
author. What type religious background does he have?
+29 #27.5: I want to say Islamic.because.of his, his...birth place,
what not, but I can't.. I-le's.,,I'm not getting anything,
not getting anything at all religiously from him. It's
almost as if he has no, no theological belief at all.

Okay. I'm having trouble with the authenticity
of the letter, because there doesn't appear to be
any apparent reason for it. I keep trying to find
out who has directed him-to write the letter, and
there doesn't appear to be anybody,.but.then he
has numerous, obvious, illegal contacts.
I get feelings of money, drugs, contraband.........
smuggling. Get all these different kinds of feelings.
Even that crazy, radical, political feelings.
But, that's coming. from the woman. And, I..,....
I see this letter. being. written, formulated by two
or three people, and......sent, and it's.got no
motivation to it. It's like ....... it's.almost like
they got.a letter in the mail saying, mail it.
You know. Write this letter and mail it.
I don't understand that ............. ...I, I

#27.5: keep getting this ruse feeling. Like it's
deliberate....misleading type thing for some reason.
I, I can't shake that. I just keep getting that.
#72: When we were talking about the recruitment, you said
you just got a flood of input.
#27.5: Yeah. I saw a whole, I saw groups of people. I just
saw...you know...I saw Persians and Arabs and Cubans
and.Middle East, Middle Eastern type people. like from
Lebanon, and Americans and... I don't know. I just
got this flood of people. It's really strange.
#72: Any indicator of what bound them altogether?
#27.5: No. And, that's what confuses me too. There's no,
there's no religious inference there. Although different
people are different religious background. And there
didn't apparently be. any political motivation either.
It was more like a.....almost like a light affiliation
of some kind. You know. Almost as if everyone had their
own personal little reason, and since they all more or
less coincided they decided to get together on it.
So, I don't know. I get very confused about that. The
thread of politics or religion isn't there. Distinct
feeling of hate is though.
#72: Did you get the feeling that the man and the woman seemed
to be together...travel together?
#27.5: Oh, yeah. Constantly together. She worships him in an
idealistic way, and he knows it, and he's using her. And,
I mean just flat out using her.... in a.-...action oriented
way, and then a sexual) way and then.a ego trip way. You
Know, just....... He's a .real f lake. He thinks he's in
the forefront of some great super neat radical movement,
and...... This guy is more business like. He...does,
does things for gain.
#72: You saw a flash of a connection between New York and
Florida?
#27.5: New York and Florida. I.kept going from Jacksonville,
Florida to New York City. Flashing from one to the other,
and I kept getting a big money feeling about Jacksonville
for some reason.... ships and money. New York, Chicago,
I kept getting a feeling of drugs. Seem to be a whole lot
of other smaller connections too. .Like....Chicago to a lot
of the big cities in the midwest.... Kansas, St Louis,
Cincinnati. And, then from New.York I was getting connections
like to.Boston ah Washington.... sort of-like that...
Buffalo. And, then in Florida it was just a straight
line to New York. I mean Florida was just money and ships.

TARGET CUING INFORMATION
REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 845
1. (S/NOFORN) Immediately prior to the session the remote viewer was
handed a sealed envelope. The remote viewer was told the envelope
contained a xerox copy of a letter. The target for the session was the
writer of the letter.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was also told that during the session
(name withheld for security reasons) would have the original copy of the
letter.
3. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was asked to describe the writer of
the letter and locate the city the individual was in.
