TRANSCRIPT
REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 870
0001-8
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours,
4 March 1982.
Relax, relax, relax and concentrate now. Focus your
attention solely and completely on the area in the
photograph in the sealed envelope I have given you.
Focus solely and completely on that place in the
photograph in the envelope I have given you. Holding
your focus now, move your perceptions through time
to 1 September 1981. Focus now on 1 September 1981,
and describe the area in the photograph to me.
PAUSE
#32: I think there is a very warm, almost hot atmosphere
in terms of temperature in an area that
#66: Just relax now and go slow. Remember now you don't
have to use full sentences. Just one, two, three word
descriptors.
#32: It's like an old French Foreign Legion post. I'm talking
about the corner of two wing buildings coming together
It has the flavor of a very old...military post like an
old French Foreign Legion post. Almost
the building is cheaply constructed. It wasn't meant
to be permanent.
#66: Okay. Relax now, we have a time problem. Just relax
for a moment, relax. We need to focus in time 1 September
1981, 1 September 1981, 1 September 1981. Focus on the
area in the photograph in the envelope. 1 September 1981.
Stand on the ground and describe the area in the photograph
to me, 1 September 1981.
PAUSE
#32: I see something like a brownish log cabin only with a
peaked roof. Like a oversized
#66: Okay. Turn around and describe what's behind you.
#32: Looks like some kind of (mumble) that big pole, tall pole
.......in courtyard I see gate and I see temporary type
gate, and I see....see barbed wire (mumble)
#66: And beyond the barbed wire?

#32: Kind of dirt road that meanders through.
...through a very green vegetation, heavier than just
short foliage....looks like, looking back it's almost
a camp through the gate. Looks like this is a little,
not so little, but isolated....tough to describe
like a like a..what would be...the principal
admin building of a summer camp type thing surrounded
by barbed wire with the rare
feature of an absence of people. desolation.
#66: Okay. Now, listen carefully. When this picture was
taken it was taken of a very specific area. In the
picture it shows an exact, specific location. Tell me
specifically, exactly about that location.
#32: I see it isolated on a, sort of a, from an overview I
see it isolated on the top of a hill and surrounded
by...in an area of hilly terrain and valleys and heavy
foliage It's as if this thing were...seemed like
on top of a volcano....
#66: Okay. Stand on the ground next to this. Look at it,
stand on the ground looking right at and describe it to
me.
#32: A continuing impression that I have is logs tied up
together in a...almost, almost lashed together...
most in a pine needle fashion and it forms (mumble)
and it has a tendency to rise. That's all I can tell
you.
#66: Okay. I don't have any further questions about this
area, but I would like to give you the opportunity
to comment should you feel it necessary. Do so now.
#32: No. I don't have anything else.
#66: Okay. Remember clearly, perfectly everything that
you have seen so that you may draw for me. Let's
prepare now to draw the perceptions that you've had.

REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 870
(DRAWING NARRATIVE)
#32: Okay. In sketch number 1 where I first found myself
I found myself standing in front of where two buildings,
I'm going to mark that with an X, where two buildings
seemed to join together. And, it reminded me of a very
warm, hot climate area. I wanted to say something like
Latin America. It was like an old French Foreign Legion
Post with walkways which...with a roof overhang, and
columns and circular little framework on the top of the
columns just swinging too and fro. I pushed it to find
out what the building was made of. That changed later on,
but at that time it appeared to be like yellow, stucco
building material. I just got stuck there and just
couldn't see anything else. Except that corner of
those two buildings coming together. Which is what I've
tried to draw in sketch 1.
The other very predominant...picture that intermittently
clashed with the first was the notion of a somewhat
crude, log cabin type building which seemed isolated in
a camp ground area. Again, with the same type of hot and
warm atmosphere surrounded almost by wilderness, but
very greenish vegetation.
When you asked me to turn my back on the buildings or
that spot where I was, I looked towards what seemed to
be the main entrance of a somewhat courtyard. What
caught my attention was a very long pole in the center
by what might be the equivalent of a camp ground and a
gate. Three or four feet from the ground the wall would
be solid but what really grabbed my attention was that
the prop of the surrounding parameter fence seemed to
have three or four barbed wire strand.
The gate was mainly solid, I think. But, there were Xs
of cross pieces on the gate. Also attached to the cross
pieces were, I get once again that barbed wore fence, and
beyond the main gate, I tried to follow a road that seemed
unpaved. It was a dirt type road. Not a bad road,
but certainly not a secondary road as we knew it. And,
that seemed to meander through a wooded, again the
emphasis there was a wooded area with again heavy
vegetation. Again, the feeling of, of warmness, heat
and even humidity. .But,: not that bad. Anyway, when

Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000 001-8
you really pushed me and asked me to describe what I saw
right at the spot, the predominant image there was a
structure of logs, with cross beams and the cross beams
seemed to be lashed with twine together forming this
structure that kept rising into the air.
#66: Is it in number 4 here that you've drawn?
#32: Yeah. That's sketch number 4. And, that's all I
really had.
#66: Now do you feel about this session...how things went
for you?
#32: Perhaps the two most, the two strongest feelings I
had were that this was, all of this, whatever it was,
was made or built in a very isolated area. It was an
almost absolute sense of complete absence of activity
and personnel in the area. In that the structures or
whatever they were, were supposed to be temporary in
nature and they were lasting a hell of a lot longer
than they were intended to last.
#66: Okay. What kind of confidence level do you have?
#32: It was an ease I have ever had in trying to translate
or trying to bring about what I'd seen in terms of
imagery.
#66: Okay. Any other comments?
#32: No. Geographically I was trying to get up and get an
overview, and when I did that all I got was a...this
particular pinpoint was seen on top of a very high
hill, almost a mountain, surrounded by almost
precipitous...not gullies because there was a great
deal of vegetation. It seemed very isolated in terms
of lack of civilization in the area, and it gave me
the impression that, again, it wat in a dense, foliage
green area on ...... a mountain top . Got the impression
that it was waiting for something.
#66: Okay. Anything else?
#32: No. That's all.
