REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 805
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information..
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed-in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions.during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A is target cuing information. provided
the remote viewer. At TAB B are drawings made by the viewer pertaining to
the data he reported.

#43.5: This will be a remote.viewing session for 26 August 1981
with a start time 0900 hours.
This will be a presession briefing. We are going to start
a new project today, and I have.advised you earlier and you
have consented that we do have an analyst from an outside
activity listening in on this session. Okay?
The targeting methodology today will be a geographic
coordinate. I would prefer to give you that geographic
coordinate as we start the session. Okay? That's because
in our mission for today they have an important target
that they want us to look at. Do you have any questions
about that?
#19.5: Nape.
#43.5: Okay. Super! You have 28.minutes, because I am going to
go on this red clock we have here. Twenty-eight minutes
to relax and prepare yourself. Okay?
#19 5: Okay.
#43.5: Okay. Control room, I will be putting our tape on pause
here, and we will be coming back to you in about 20 minutes.
#43.5: Okay #19.5, it's time to start the session. I want you to
relax, concentrate, focus your attention on the following
geographic coordinate:

I want you to relax and concentrate on that geographic
coordinate to the realms of that particular point. I want
you to view that (mumble) from the perspective of 1,000 feet.

+01 #1.9.5: See like ....a long fence high, long fence ....... some low
hills along side of it. Short buildings... general round
roof. It's more like a dirt road though. I'm on the edge
of a kind of a restrict area. It's like the corner of the
fence....at a 1,000 feet.
443.5: What is that you sense that tells you that you're on the
edge of a restricted area?
#19.5: 1 didn't go to a 1,000 feet. I went on the ground, but this
is like the corner of a fenced area. It's got barbed wire on
the fence. There's a dirt road that runs in the inside of the
+05 fence. The ground's all cleared, flat. There's hills there too.
I see like rounded white buildings in the rear. Go up to a
1,000 feet and I see....outline.of the fence...shaped like a
four sided "P"...the letter "P". There;s.buildings on one side
up in the bold side of the "P"....see an airstrip..............
I don't think it's an airstrip. There's one very modern building
there. It's like it's newly constructed. Keep getting this
impression of round, rounded shapes, dish shapes. I don't
know what those are, but they're...not perfectly round. They're
like oblong.
#43.5: I don't want you to worry about what things are. Just report
what you are perceiving. Tell me about any other geographic
features that you see with respect to 1,000 feet..
#19.5: Okay. Just a minute.
#19.5: There's apparently water to the south, south, southwest...
I'm sorry...south, southeast. Looks like just a couple of
small islands in the mouth of a river. It's to the south,
southeast.. It's a lot of flat ground. It's got not too
much to it. It's flat, white dirt. Some...hills to my
north...west. It's an old, old.and.modern city to my immediate
south. It's like-some kind of a seaport, modern part seems
to be port-facilities, but the rest is very old.. It's not
a large city. See a.lot of.....see a lot of square, metallic
shapes running down a line that's...a line that's north to
south .....see only a couple of tall structures that might
....seem to be some kind of towers...scaffolding...not a lot
of them, but they're there. I don't think they're radio towers
though...not that tall. ............. That's all I'm getting.
#43.5: I want you to focus your attention back to this area that you
felt was the restricted area, and follow that dirt road down
to that rounded building that you saw. Tell me about that
building.

#19.5: Okay..... There seems to be a form of construction going
on...part of the rounded building ..... It's like a rounded
or dome portion is part of it, and on one side there's
three levels you can see that are open. It's being
constructed, 'cause there's a lot of dirt and there's concrete
type bags laying around. Many people working with trained
type apparatus. Some metal, it's reinforcement type.metal.
There's a lot of water lines there, pipes like for water.
I keep seeing this image of......layers of pipes.
#43.5: Is this new construction on this building or is the building
being constructed?
#19.5: I think it's.....that's an interesting question. I'm.....
get the feeling like the building's constructed, but this
is like new construction, for some reason.
#43.5: Okay. I want you to go inside this building, go inside
and look around, and tell me what you see.
+15 #19.5: I see a lot of catwalks....what appears to be very large,
box type walls with catwalks around them.... Look like
some kind of...there's some kind of chemical holding tanks
or something. There's water in them or chemicals. There's
a lot of the...there's a lot of machinery overhead that slides
up and down on rails.... There's a mechanical arm-like parts
to.it. There's a high glassed wall section that's apparently
environmentally controlled office area ...viewing area that
looks down over all this.
#43.5: Okay. Focus your attention on some of these people that
you saw in that area, and tell me about them.
#19.5: There's... mostly civilian people type wearing...short sleeved
shirts, no tie, you know, it's civilian clothes...some with
white coats, and two or three military with light tan type
uniforms, belted uniforms.... they look like....the old safari-
type jacket...light green caps.... they're ...... dark skin.....
black hair, mostly black hair, some brown........ short, dark
people. There's some, there's some foreign people.there as
well. I keep getting...they're very clickish, and...... they're
talking in different language of what's common there. They
appear to be some kind of supervisory people
#43.5: Listen in on their conversation and tell me what language
these people,that are supervisory type, talking.

#19.5: Think they're speaking French. When they speak French
everyone speaks French, so ......... It's like these
people also...the normal people have the capacity to
speak French as well.
#43.5: These normal people, when they are not speaking French,
what is their language?
#19.5: Ah...... some form of Arabic. I don't know. Guttural, very
guttural...... A lot of plushed in area to this.building
as well. I get a feeling that's on a deeper level, like
two levels down. Seems to be, seems to be an awful lot of
construction and movement of equipment.
#43.5: At this time I want you to leave this building...go outside
the building, and focus your attention around the building
and tell me if there are any other items of interest that
attract your attention.
+27 #19.5: There's not much around the.building except cleared. area.
It's a flat roof structure a little off to the side. See
what looks like...kind of a....very complex, inner wover
mixture of wire and short stanchion. supporting all this wire
coils and...insulators.... and....that's all separately caged.
Large parking lot.
#43.5: What makes you say that there's a large parking lot?
#19.5: I saw a rectangle to my left side, and there's just a lot
of vehicles parked in it.
#43.5: I want you to.take a look at those vehicles and describe some
of them to me.
#19.5: Seems to be mixture of the, the old half-track type trucks
........a little section of tracks on the back wheels....
heavy wheels in the front...there's....some rows of what look
like land rover vehicles. That's all I'm getting.
#43.5: I have no further questions. I would like to give you this
chance to concentrate again and look around and see if there
is anything else you want to tell me about.

protection of this area ......................get that
impression for some reason. I don't have anything else

I want you to concentrate on these vehicles #19.5.... that
...you think they are there for protection, and describe
them to me, including any markings that you might see.
Focus solely on one of these vehicles.
+30 #19.5: The only marking I see is a rectangled, rectangle in the
center upper portion of the door .... it's three.bars with a
star in the center. I can't tell the colors..............
#43.5: Anything else you want to add about the vehicle?
#19.5: No. Just that it's like the....like a low-slung half-
track. I don't know how to......
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: There's a ............... no....... that 's all.

#19.5: Okay. On page one is a drawing of this half-track like
vehicle. It's very low slung...got.tracks in the back,
and I drew a picture of this flag marking on the side of
the door.

and three bars. I misunderstood you. I thought you said
three stars with a bar in the center.

What color were those things?

#43.5: The bars are tan?
#19.5: I don't know the color of the flag. I couldn't get any
color on the flag. It like, almost like it was just a
white outline.
#43.5: Was the star white?
#19.5: I really don't know. Page two is a picture of the inside.
Giving a view of one of the tanks. There's like four
tanks. There's scaffolding all around it....glassed in
area that views this whole interior side of the building,
and there's pipes everywhere. I'm not showing pipes in
foreground in this picture, but there's pipes everywhere.
I put in some stick figures to show approximate size, and
everything.
#43.5: Now, these are overhead crains of some kind.
#19.5: Yeah.... They're like overhead crains that go around tracks
and they have arms, manipulative arms, and all that sort
of stuff.
#43.5: Okay. What are these things here?
#19.5: Those are pipes.
#43.5: Those are pipes too.
#19.5: Pipes everywhere.... just full of pipes.
#43.5: Okay. And, this is the glassed in area where the people.......

#43.5: Is that what you refer to as the environmental control area?
#19.5: Yeah. Right. It's like sealed.
#43,5: Then, why don't you label that then?
#19.5: I did. Glassed in area.
#43.5: Okay. But, in your session you called it.a environmental
control area, I believe. If that's the same area.

#43.5: Yes. Just so there's no confusion, okay.
So, basically, these tanks that you are seeing are inside
this building?
#19.5: Yes. They're inside this building, and they're full.
Like this is water, chemical or something in there.
#43.5: Does this represent the rounded top of the building?
#19.5: Yes. It's got like an an arch feeling to it inside.
#43.5: Is that all that's inside the building.....these tanks?
#19.5: Well, that's all I saw...... this particular area, that's
the area of interest in this building. By all means,
it's not the entire building.
#43.5: Okay.
#19.5: I felt like I went down one level and I was in very plush,
carpeted areas. I mean, I was seeing inky black walls,
you know, like they were.polished,_metal walls or something,
and real, heavy, thick carpeting everywhere, and real nice
wood railings that were hand-polished and I just got a feeling
like it was really a plush, pllushed in thing, quiet plushed
in area. There didn't seem to.be any construction down there
Whereas, here I had a sense that there was a lot of construction
going on, and I don't know why.
#43.5: Even though there was construction going on, this area right
here with this tank is operational.
#19.5: Well, I don't know.. I got a mixed feeling. I got .a feeling
that the building was operational, but then I got a feeling
that there was a lot of construction going on as well. Now,
I don't know how to count for the difference in feelings.
#43.5: Okay. How do you feel about it?
#19.5: Feel good. It is usual.
#43.5: Do you have any other things you want to add then?
#19.5: Nope.
