NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS Approved For Release 2000/ P9 -00788R000600850001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 #14: This will be a remote viewing session for 24 July 1981; mission time is 1330 hours. #14: All right #01, this will be a pre-mission briefing. Again during the session I would like you to focus on the man in the photograph, And as you do that I would like you to focus on time frame, once again, of 19 October 1977. And from- we'll take it from there when we start. SG1A #01: Okay. 1330 #14: All right #01, it's now time to start the mission for today. As I requested I want you to focus on on SG1A 19 October 1977. I would like you to focus on a specific event, the meeting that =had with two individuals. I would like you now to describe the individuals and the meeting..... SG1A #01: The, uh..first individual...he has black hair..6 feet, dark eyes...and medium to light build, very lanky looking. Dark complexion. Perhaps 40 years old... Second individual is very stocky. 5'7", 5'8"...has a much heavier build. He's got, uh, dark brown hair with a lot of gray. Very distinguished looking. Like green or hazel eyes. Late 40's... He's, uh...170 pounds maybe. First, uh, indi- vidual looks...looks Mediterranean. He's got a very dark complexion. Second individual looks, uh..looks western.. dress wise looks western. First individual just dropped some- thing off at the meeting. Uh, pass the message and, uh, came in and met for just a few minutes. Feelin' like he brought an instruction or he's a preliminary contact type person. #14: Where did these instructions come from? +05 #01: Just a minute... Mutual organization. They belong to the same organization... The other guy is, uh, there longer and he's...there has been negotiating for some reason. #14: Are all three of these individuals, are they from this mutual organization that you mentioned? Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 #01: Yes, except they, uh...first individual and he are of a certain element. It's like a two..two separate units of the same organization. It's like, uh, two factions, if you will. The first guy and target individual are the same faction. And the second individual represents like a differ- ent layering..deeper layering. Like, uh, like he's in the.. I don't know how to explain it. It's like, uh, difference between operators and management. First guy and he are in the operations, and the second guy's like in the management area of the same organization. Getting some kind of a conflict, like a..internal conflict of some kind. Political in nature... It's like there's a differ.e.nce of a..not opinion, but a ideological difference in goals. Like, uh, personal goals or reasons. They're nogotiating. The target individual is apparently being hired to do something. It's like a preliminary to a different kind of a job. #14: Who do these two individuals represent? +10 #01: Just a minute..... They represent a...it's like a foreign, uh...this is very complicated. It's like a overseas... political arm of, uh..overseas political arm of, uh, national government. But the..this national government's like an exile government of some kind. Getting different political strata here, it's like-they're representing a country that's, uh, of a different..political front. I don't.....two differ- ent kinds of politics here... It's like it's....I don't know how to explain it. It's like a...a secret organization within an organization. The deeper of the two is active away from the country than what's represented within the country. Uh, it's aims are political where the country's aims is security. #14: I'd like you once again to focus on this meeting. And you were talking about ideological differences. I'd like you to tell me more about their ideological differences, and also the purpose of this meeting. +15 #01: The, uh...ideological difference is that, uh, his interest is, uh...his interest is monetary. And the man he's meeting is his ideal, his ideals are more politically radical. He's do+n' it for radical politics. But, uh, the target individual is, uh...it's more monetary type. It's, uh...it's more of a doin' if for higher type action. So there's no ideological c ommtmen-t=', on this target individuals behalf. The, uh...... Just a minute. I get a sensation that this, uh, target individual is..is becoming involved with this other person as, uh...it's a new place to sell a service. And there's not a real ideological c'ommtmenti:, although he's giving that impression to the other individual. 2 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 #14: Tell me more about the purpose of this meeting. #01: He's, uh....he's being...he evidently, the target individual already works for someone else. And, uh, they're, uh..this other person's a, kinda rolling him over I guess. He's getting him to..to report to another place as well. I'm tryin' to..I don't get an impression of information. I'm getting an impression of something else. Just a minute..... Getting an impression like he's a..damn. Like he's a..a courier of some kind. I'm not getting information. It's more like he carries organizational planning. He's like a line of communications for planning ready for another group. And this guy is recruiting this target individual to keep abreast of wherever organizational plans are inherent, are about to take place... So he's gonna be hired to continue doing what- ever he's been doing but to pass along anything of interest. It's definitely a recruitment though. #14: All right #01, I'd like you now to prepare yourself to move in time. We're going to move once forward in time from 19 October to 30 October 1977. Again, I would like you to maintain your focus on- The time window I would like SG1A you to use is 10 minutes either side of 10:30 a..:m. on 30 October 1977. When you are ready let me know..... #01: Okay. SG1A #14: All right #01, I would like you to describe activities at this point in time. What is doing......... SG1A +20 #01: I have him, uh..sitting in a closed room. And he's operating some kind of a piece of equipment. I don't know if it's a recorder or a radio... Seems to be just a short time that he uses this..couple minutes. This is a very excited activity. Everything's done very rapidly like in haste. And he's throwing things into an automobile and speeding away. Very rapid. It's like..knocking over furniture and just very rapid, violent. Just get a violent act out of it. #14: I would like you to explore the reason for this activity, this violent, rapid activity....... #01: I just get a...very sharp, very sharp cracking noise, a vibration and-things being knocked over. It's like a quick evacuation. That's all I get. #14: Is this event in any way associated with the meeting-of before?... #01: Yes, but I get a strong, strong anger feeling in that asso- ciation. I don't know why, I just get a tremendous feeling of anger. It's like something expected but doesn't occur. Doesn't happen or... It's like a result's expected, then it doesn't occur and there's a reason for it not occurring and 3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 #01: there's tremendous feeling of anger. That the anger is uncontrolled. It's like a passion of anger, not of a..not a vindictive kind of anger, but a uncontrolled anger. #14: What is it that makes him so angry? #01: I don't know. There's deceipt, that's part of it. It's hard to read it. It's...it's nothing clear there, just the anger. It's like, uh...I don't know. Just deceipt and anger. #14: Okay. I have one final piece of information I would like you to pursue. And, although it refers to the meeting I don't think you'll have to move in time for this one. If you feel comfortable about moving and want to move go ahead. But the final request I have for information is concerning the meet- ing between our target and two other individuals. I would like you to pursue who requested this meeting, how it came about. +32 #01: The, uh, first individual requested the target individual to meet with the third person. And the, uh, target indivi- dual met with him for..a reason that shoulda been common to the three, but the third individual, uh..different aims, dif- ference in why, or his goal. The guy who set the meeting up doesn't know about the differences in the third individual. This third individual is, uh, operates in duplicities. He's a...he's like an agent provocateur, I guess. Espouses one thing and is thinking another. #14: Does our target individual agree with or go along with this third individual? #01: Initially he does. I think he believes what he's espousing, but then later.he doesn't, 'cause he recognizes what he wants. I think that's a slow change though, that's not a immediate change. Takes him a while to recognize that. #14: Evolving around the entire gestalt of these three men in the meeting and the ideals and the differences- do you perceive any females being involved in this situation? #01: Strictly minor players in this period of time. Just like they're.-they're just furniture to a situation. I don't.. I don't see any significance there. Get no feeling of signi- ficance. They're not primary to the situation. See more than one female though. See two... #14: All right #01, I have no further questions for you at this time. I would like you now to bring your awareness back to this room. Focus on this room. #01: Okay. Uh, one page here is a picture of this radio or re- cording device or whatever it is. It's hand-held, and it's small. Narrower than our slim-line Panasonic recorders, Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600850001-3 #01: but about the same length and thickness. And there's a wire coming out of it. I don't know if it's a power wire or a mike wire or what it is. And as far as doing pictures of these two guys, I can't do it. I would need a month of Sundays to do that, 'cause I just haven't spent a lot of time drawing people. Okay? #14: Okay. #01: Sorry. #14: End of session.
