SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING SESSION DCC-95
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the.target are provided
as raw intelligence data,.and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed-in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made-by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 22 July 1961;
mission time is 1400 hours.
All right #46 the time is now 1400 hours. For your mission
today, I would like you to go to the following geographic
coordinate and describe the area:
SG1A
I would like you now to relax, focus your attention, project
your awareness to that location, and describe the area.
#46: It a...it is...like on the outskirts of a jungle in a
.....a clearing with lush, heavy, old, old trees with
+02 lush vegetation... very, very hot steamy hot...like...
and they begin on the outskirts of African jungle. I.....
am... .completely attracted by a.... this...huge....tree which is
on a slope...of a hill. There's a...a clearing to the left...
and the heavy, steamy... forges to the right..........
There's nobody here now, but it seemed to have served as a
.....kind of a rallying point ...almost like a forum....
+05 #46: To rally a...group...again the impression is...African
with the group is black. Suppose... military overtone.....
and there is the...that's the second time there appears to
be an intervention of a...someone who doesn't belong in that
area.
#14: All right #46, I want to move you in time, but I want you
to keep the focus on your target, maintain focus on your
target, and I would like you to move back in time to
June 1978, June 1978. Describe this area at that time.

+10 #46: It's off-season. It's.......... it has been very
rainy. The place is...full of...muddy footprints......
starting to dry up... Then.....there is a.....
there is something about the people in the village
having been attacked or something, and they were
retreating in the woods, and being pursued............
in the woods to the right. It went on for about......
#14: Focus on the footprints. Tell me about the people who made
these footprints.
#46: The people that fled and that were being pursued by ......
them people in military boots........ It has a flavor of
......military persecution. ..;..:.,. Again, the..... a
flavor of, of political power and forcing its, its will .....
through the use of people in fatigues.... The whole....
all of the players are black.....and all the berets worn by
these people in fatigues are red, maroon red. There are
several deaths, but there's not a wholesale massacre. I'm
losing it. You better.....if you want something, you
better ask.
+15 #46: There is a picture of a man in kind of a European........
sport shirt who is a teacher, and comes from the village.
And, he's....in his 50s, maybe not 50s, mid-40s kind of
grayish spots in his head of curly hair....he, and, he...
and the...somewhat...educated local leaders were ...but,
the main target of the incursion........... I can't tell-you
what country. It just seems African to me. I don't know.
Although there are no huts or anything.... it's primitive.
On the left is the primitive, rural, village type of
atmosphere.
+20 #14: What about the other people that moved in, forced themselves
in? Are they, do they appear to be the same people:
#46: Yeah, yeah. They're black too. I also got the same.....
that's the same flavor for both groups except one is like
with the "ins," with the in-group, and, therefore, they've
become a military power, but as far.as ethnic and historical
background, even, almost, but not quite. They're from the
same area. All are not from the same village. They're from
the same area. Th.ere's,the same flavor is there for the
both of 'em.

like you now to bring your awareness and your focus back to
the present.

#46: Okay. Sketch number one, which is more or less unlabeled,
is the real object of my attention when I was over the,
what I thought to be the target area, after you.called the
geographical coordinates. And, my attention never deviated
during the entire session. In fact, it just amplified, and
certainly the one strongest image was of this tree which
I have drawl here, and with an indication that the tree was
on the side of a slope in the northern portion with a small
valley and another slope going uphill. I'm talking about,
maybe, something like 5-600 yards. And, to the immediate
right of it, within a few hundred yards, maybe 1,000 yards,
or a little farther, was a...jungle,.or heavy foliage area
with a great deal of humidity and. heat, and to the left was
the outskirts of a small rural area which I will label
like so, the African village area.
Uh....I drew this sketch only because this tree seems to
have recorded the events or it was the focal point of the
events or witness to what had transpired. And, my attention
was so riveted on the tree, that I insisted on drawing it.
May be meaningless.
In sketch number two is the geographical overview with the
X indicating the tree area, and....maybe here, maybe between
the X towards the western portion within the few miles, maybe
two-three miles is the small village area with small.......
cheap buildings of plywood, and whatever other material they
could gather. It had the flavor of.... almost an aborigine
farm area. Then, again, to the right was the jungle area,
and that was the overview. Again, the tree is sort of on the
side of a slope. There is a valley and......slope goes up.....
Again, as you make this way toward the southern ..............
portion. To reverse the process, if you came from the south
you would be on a slope going into the valley, going to
the tree which is on the slope of northern, on the slope of a
northern. portion of a hill, and then a hill in general
sloping...up north. I didn't go far enough north to see if
jungle extended and surrounded that entire area. Now, do
you have any questions?
#14: Can you add anything about the conflict or activity that
you mentioned?

#46: The conflict was like a local ethnic conflict.... conflict
was not local. The.people had the same local flavoring,
except some were civilians and rural village people in a
stage of evolution. I got the impression of teaching beyond
elementary, and beyond elementary grades or about to do that,
a prospering evolving community by those standards and then
a sense of authority...an organized militia of the same
type of people that were apparently there to weed out
potential. leaders and play havoc to that society so that
they....so as to intimidate them to come on their side,
or something of this. nature. I couldn't make it out too
well. But, that's about the best way I can describe it.
