TRANSCRIPT
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-84
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 30 June 1981;
mission time is 1200 hours.
PAUSE
#14: All right #07, the time is now 1200 hours. You have looked at
the sketch of a vehicle, and a photo of some vehicles. I want
you now to focus, focus on these vehicles and tell me are they
identical? Is the vehicle in the sketch identical to the
vehicles in the photo?
PAUSE
+05 #07: I got a look at...the ones in the photo...firing firing a
whole batch of small, small rockets. Like...long, thin,
2-21/2 inches diameter rockets fired, uh.....looks like....split
seconds apart...many go in the same time. One rocket wouldn't
be more than...50 to 75 feet...more coming. Looks like ground
to ground rather than to ground/air.
#14: Focus on the guidance system. How do these rockets hit their
targets?
#07: Which one? The one in the photo.
#14: Concentrate on the ones in the photo, yes. Describe the guidance
system.
PAUSE
+07 #07: I have some discrepancies here of some kind. I'm getting
overlay, from one or the other...... I don't know what's hap-
pening but there's some kind of high frequency, high frequency,
beam, beam rider-...one system. Another system, photo, I think...
Seems more crude. Like controlled trajectory. Some type
of...feeling that it's optical or infrared....sighting. Not
bore sighting, but..-..some kind of computer interfaced with
optical line of sight and range I don't know...what it's
worth....appears that the ones in.the photo were firing....over
the stern rather than the bow.... ....... ......
The other extra rockets were.. ..... extra smaller robkets were
carried in...somewhere in the hull of the ones in the photo...

#07: The ones in the photo...remind me of ..a launcher that used
to be...had poll-41p top, tracked vehicle pop-up top. But rockets
are different-, and stay up. I guess it has same type of
mission... One in the drawing...one in the drawing, I'm trying to
figure if its guidance system is passive Or active. Okay.
He can operate either way... Thirteen appears to be..guidance
be passive or active...
#14: Okay, focus on the active mode of the guidance. Focus on the
active mode. Describe this as best you can.
#07:. I'm seeing something like a tiny..I don't know that that's true,
I: don't have anything to judge size, but...I thought I was seeing
about a half size firecan.... There's something else. I get a
feeling or awareness that there is another piece of equipment
somewhere..that acquires the target..range and azimuth to get the
tracked vehicle to. .the ball park for lock-on. Something else
somewhere.
#14: Find this other equipment. Describe it to me.
#07: I don't see it. And I don't see a hard cable connection either...
#14: Okay, I'd like you to focus now-
#07: Wait a minute.
#14: All right.....
+20 #07: I had another vehicle somewhere. It has some stuff on it that I
think was something folded. But it's not hard wired to...I can't
make out the detail, I don't know what it is. Two, two things on
it that were either transmitting or receiving, uh..some type of
signal. I can see two directional beams into it OT away from it,
like a flashlight. Had the feeling it was transmitting because
the beam was so narrow it would seem like the Whole area'd be..
awash with this energy if it was receiving it. Looks kinda like
big box, with two nondescript shapes on it. I don't..doesn't look
like any antennas I've ever seen. That's about it.on that.
#14: Okay. This time I'd like you to focus on the passive guidance
system, the passive system that you mentioned. Describe this,
ifyou can, to me.........
#07: I don't know, think about that,.but...I had the feeling
there vas some kind of a..just a minute..... I'm sorry, .got to
+24 look at somethin' else... Oh, some kind of frequency scanner..
with a computer.-.hook-up for discrimination against..identifica-
tion of frequency pattern by computer. I don't know how the hell
to get the rocket back to it though.. Oh yeah. Once it's
triggered it'll ride the incoming beam back to the transmitter...
I mentioned infrared.

#14: Tell me more about this infrared also.
#07: I don't know much, it just keeps buggin' the hell out Of me.
It's some kind of a...some kinds radiation lock-on, and I think
it must be_infrared 'cause it...doesn't seem to be tied to some-
thing active like a incoming enemy radar, like something they
can't help. It must be. .locking on to infrared emissions of some
kind.......
There's something funny... I had the distinct feeling this thing
was quite heavily armored...but I keep getting the feeling this
thing had better..better dig in, because it's soft. One hit and
she's out. Even small stuff. Lot of electronics.. I don't know,
I just keep seeing the damn thing in...in a drive-through trench.
PAUSE
Was I workin' on anything specific?
#14: No.
+30 #07: I'm looking at .some kind of..oh, I don't know. Some type of very
light structural material. This thing'11 take, it's very light
material with it, but it'll take exploding shrapnel nearby pretty
good. But it's not very heavy. Some kinda composite. Almost like
looking at the illustration of layers of paint on one of Sears
Roebuck..toolshed, which is layer after layer of somethin'...
Each layer tuned to react different than..for a specific purpose.
I don't know. I just feel like it's light, it won't take, won't
take direct hit, even from conventional shells, small.
#14: Okay. Focus on the crew. How many people do you see in the
vehicle, operating it?
#07: I don't know, I'm confused.... I see two sensor consoles, a
loader, and a driver. It could be the driver is also a loader.
Apparently they carry a few extra rounds that they can load up.
But I see two distinct..jobs related to acquisition. I don't
know whether one guy handles that or not. I'm getting a strong
feeling for three people but I think there's four distinct..
four distinct jobs. Driver..I think does something else besides
drive...
#14: Describe the operation of the two acquisition systems...
#07: It seems, I see..couple people functioning as scope jockeys.
Must be some audio of some type because...well, maybe not.
Theyve.got something on their .head like...like earphones. Could
be earmuffs, I guess. But I.had.the feeling that at least one
of 'em was concerned about audio. Both of 'em watching scopes.
Both positions have scopes. I may be inventing that other oper-
ator to go with the extra positions.
#14: Are both of these scopes the same?

#07: Just a minute. Uh, having trouble with detail on these..sensor
stations, they're clouded.. The scope is high center on one
and..the other one has a five inch scope lower left and couple
little things look like small ones, about three inches..to the
right and up. I'm having difficulty gettin' the resolution
+45 here.... The scopes must..this could be imagination. I seem
to see a red glow reflecting off of everything in here. Feeling
of a sensor station..face forward... At least one seat can
...... What the hell was that? Somebody
screwin' with the lights?
#14: No. We're gonna have to pause here anyhow.
#07: What happened?
#14: Okay, we're back on the air. We had to turn the tape over, we
were running out of tape.
NOTE: The light intensity in the room was temporarily modulated by
voltage fluctuation due to an air conditioner starting up on
the same circuit. The fluctuation in brightness disrupted the
viewers concentration.
#07: Give me a few minutes.
PAUSE
#14: Okay #070 is there anything further that you can add about the
configuration of the guidance system or systems?
#07: I keep getting a...when I ask the question I keep getting some-
+50 thing like some kind of gaseous, uh, something, but I can't make
sense out of it.
#14: Okay, I have no further questions at this time. Is there any-
thing else you would like to add before we terminate?
#07: I don't think so.
#14: Okay. I want you now to focus on this room, want you to take a
deep breath, stretch your arms, stretch your legs. We'll pause
now to make some sketches.
Okay, were now ready for debriefing.
#07: Okay, uh, in number one, what I saw in the air was a long, thin
rocket, two to three inches in diameter. I felt it was closer
to two than it was to three. Four fins on it, and really looked
fast. I mean, it was moving fast, almost startling the way it
came blasting out of there. Um, I don't know whether the fins
were folding or not. I couldn't make At out. And I thought
there was a..from what I was lookin' at there was a lot of these
things streakin' through the air at abouta 45 degree angle, and

#07: all at the same angle. Uhl like it was laying down a barrage
somewhere. I would- thought I would've seen a much larger box
support in the kind of fire power I was looking at, kind of fire
I was looking at. I didn't see them coming out of, uh, the chute.
I could look over and I could see the, uh, the weapons system.
But I definitely felt that there was several of them firing from
each system. Or had that capability. Was something about the
fire control I thought had something to do with optical line of
sight. And thecomputer was blocked into this somehow or other,
I'm not quite sure how.
#14: You also mentioned an infrared type-
#07: Infrared was- I can't remember if infrared was tied in..to one or
both of 'em. I seem to remember it was tied to both of 'em
somehow or another.
The, drawing number two the inside of the, uh, weapons system.
Felt there was two positions or at least two sets of consoles.
Uh? I don't know whether one person manned them both. Uh, if
he did he was very busy. Or whether it had two people. I had
the feeling it had two people monitoring. Uh, the one on the left
had a small five, six inch scope lower left and some other little
scopes, uh, smaller, to the right, and the, uh, position to the
right, which I've numbered number one had a five inch about center
and above center. I can't, I didn't look for buttons and other
things. I remember there was a couple things with needles on
em, but I didn't pay much attention. I was trying too hard to
determine whether there was one or two consoles. Uh, I felt
that primarily the, uh, they were lined up thwart ship or across
the tracked vehicle rather than lined up along one side. I
would've expected them to be lined up..I would expect them to
be lined up along the right side. I don't know why. But what I
was looking at I felt, from inside, I felt was partially on one
side and going across the center.
Just then you asked the question about the support, uh, vehicle,
which I felt was some type of acquisition type of system. Uh,
I felt very strongly I should see cables running to some of
these other tracks, uh, that was doing the firing. I looked for
trenches, I looked for cables, I didn't see them. And I remember
feeling that, uh, they were, if they were doing it via radio that
they were highly vulnerable. And I realized I was analyzing so
I shut Off right there and just dropped the whole thing and didn't
fool with it anymore. That's probably why I.can't get any good,
firm, discriminating imagery of the support vehicle except I
thought it was tracked.
leaky something that looks rather boxy at one time which I thought
was two circular emittors or receivers, andI felt I could see
something like a beam, two beams from this box. And at that
point I started analyzing it again, because I thought if they
were receiving that the whole place would be awash with energy
and it would just be receiving that portion which was incident
upon it. Therefore, I wouldn't see a narrow beam, so I thought

#07: it must be active. And at that point I recognized again that
I was analyzing and I chopped off again and I can't remember
what happened after that, I just lost it. I shut off two or
three times because I realized it was so interesting I thought,
I realized I was analyzing and I didn't want to do that. That's
about it.
#14: Okay, I have no further questions. We'll call it end of session.
