1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a.remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the-target are provided
as raw intelligence data,.and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions-during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A is target cuing information provided

#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 1 April 1981.
Mission time is 1330 hours.
SG1A All right #36 the. time is now 1330. Your mission for today
is to find I want you to focus on
SG1A .Concoentrate, re ax. Focus on - and tell me
about his job. What kind of work does he do? SG1A
PAUSE
#36: I'm still tryin' to find him.
#14: Okay. Take your time.
PAUSE
#36: Okay, I found him, I got him..... Have to find_a way to...
+05 see what his job is. But for now he's...in a-building of
15 to 20 stories high... A small room with a bed in it...
And he reading something with many floppy pages, like a news-
paper... On the sunny side of the building...
I'm not making much headway. I...got him to put the paper
down and...relax, close his eyes... Sitting in a brown easy
chair. SG1A
#14: Okay. We'll come back to his line of work later. In.your_last
session you were talking about personality. You
mentioned.that he pretends to conform to gain an advantage
or avoid an unnecessary conflict. This was when you were des-
cribing his personality. and his. character. I want you now to
expand on that and explain, as best you can, why this person-
ality trait comes through.........
#36: This oughta be.analytical, but...the man has...very rigid
discipline established. for himself. He has learned.....uh,
that playin' the game...in.a way that pleases people.that...
he can sway conditions in a way that are more favorable to.
him. Even when the people,suspect they were,d dike 'im...
he is able to change their :minds. I observed this in a kind
of, uh, country club setting somewhere the other day. In his
interface with...with people whom he had apparently only known
for a few minutes... I feel and see his whole being wrapped

#36: around the pleasure he derives from being...shrewd and....
using his power over people without them even knowing it...
By talking to several people separately... His logic and
personality, I've observed...he tends to disarm people...
They tend to find themselves using his.shrewd analysis of
things as though they were their own...
#14: Okay. How does he.apply this aspect of his character in his
everyday work?..........
#36: Apparently to...gain.confidence of people. Make them feel that
he is truly a friend.... But I still see...things that indicate
the he has a. teehnical..highly technical.background. Yet his
intellect seems to put him at ease with...the chess crowd, or
the affluent...
I.see his interest in politics as being extremely strong.
Guess I ,just assumed . that... he uses his ability to manipulate
political factions...in a direction he wishes. I keep seeing
him contacting people who...when I.try to figure out what they
do I see notepads, books, records... I don't know how that
impacts on what he's doing.
#14: How does he feel about his job? What's his attitude towards
his job?
#36: His attitude is that.he's really found his niche... Feels
he's getting paid to..doing something he's very good at. Even
his superiors don't seem to fully-understand ...how he's able
to. get his way with people. I have a_feeling he can walk into
a board room and have...the majority. voting the way he wanted
them.to.and they wouldn't realize that he had brought it about
To put it another way it's, uh....guess I'm tryin'
so hard to find an answer to your question that I-
#14: That's okay. Don't uh...
#36: -may have manufactured this. But his personality seemed to be
such that he could be a master of a dirty trick game... I
keep wanting to see him as a..collector of intelligence. But
I,. instead I see a stronger indication that. he changes the
course of events and....with the peoples instead of extracting
a great deal of secret information from them. And for the life
of me I can't:f.igure out whether this"is.for...for profit or
because he's paid to...to bring this about by someone else.
I_still get. the feeling he's extremely...e.xtremely intelligent.
But I also get the feeling that...his, uh, polished manner and
the feeling and appearance of great'honesty is.such that he
can't hang around. with.the same people too long, or eventually
they . willfind.him out. He impresses the hell out of people
and moves on.and works on somebody else. I still. think he's...
connected with engineering.in one form or another... I saw
+25 some indications a moment.ago that... electronics seemed to be
involved. I saw a great... bundles of cables of very small

#36: wires lying in overhead racks.......
In answer to your other question a_while.ago I just guess
observing him.he makes me very nervous... I'm not sure what
he's doing, but I don't.trust him.... SG1A
#14: All right. I want you to focus again on and this.
time I-,uwant you to move forward in time one year rom today.
The date will be 1 April-1982. And I would like you to describe
his location in 1982 as vividly as you can.
#36: I'm sorry...- I.got two things,. neither of which I like....
It's. 'so ridiculous, I ..felt that both of them were probably
some kind of a...interference. When you asked the question..
I immediately... the word, not an image, of...Massachusetts
appeared in.mind. I_saw a...a jet!, pulling up and away from
me with, uh...twin outboard jet engines, outboard fuselage,
stickin' from the fuselage, pulling away from.me. I started
to look closer at that, and ask iuhy and I...saw another image
that I thought was somewhere else. A very, very long line of
troops in...oh, almost olive drab, like the old World.War.II
uniform. It was cold, and I.was marching down the front of
this row of troops. It was very cold. I don't know what I
was doing here. I looked for...Mousy...I didn't see him.
I asked myself if I was identifying with the person, and moving
down the front of the troops in his place and when I did this
everything disappeared. SG1A
#14: Okay. I want you to forget.about that. Relax. Once again.
I'm going to ask you to focus on focus on SG1A
only I want you to focus on a poi.n in time 2 years
today. Describe.his location 2 years from today, 1983.......
+30 #36: I don't know, unless he's on that big sailboat down there.
The only thing I see is a very large sailboat off the east.
coast of somewhere. Must be...at least 50 to-6O feet long...
That's all I get....
#14: Can you determine where this coast is?
#36: 1 look to-see ... Because.of the date I was amazed at the little...
tight, fluffy clouds that... indicated this is a day like you'd
expect in June or July and I...tried to use that to direct
myself. Must.be further south to get that kind of little
cloud. I saw::some...several small islands though between the
boat and the mainland... Like, there's only two places I can
think of that's . like... like this. It's all. the little islands
off the coast-of Maine, but that's too. cold. And the other
one is off the coast of Greece... I would choose the latter...

It's something about...education or student-or something....
I can't tell whether he's.taking.speeia'l"` courses. or something
or...whether he's involved ir training someone..,.. But the...
no imagery, just the word Student. . It bugs the hell out of me.
Don't.want to think about.it..start analyzing it, invent
stuff.... Oh, I got lost. hat were we doin'?
#14: That's.okay. I have no further questi this time. Is
there anything-else you can dd as to job or job

#36: Uh, I had some feelings, but they were because of the nature
of the ga-.the work.. we're in There's some things are so
logical that you, even if you think them you don't say them.
It's confusing.
#14: Well... Who knows?. Unfortunately, the man's work may be very
logical. Go ahead and give e briefly what you have.
#36: I don't know, it's just this feeling is so strong that I felt
it-was pure logic working.ov rtime and was impacting on me.
I...I felt he was a very.bright young man who was...finaneed
and paid by the Soviets...more or less coming up to flying.
speed... Logic was also.telling me he's.intelligent.so I...
felt it was just overlay. I don't know.... That's about it.
#14: Okay. I have no further questions.
Okay. _I'd like to get some of your impressions that, uh, that
SG1A you have'after the session here.. Do.you have a feeling for,
for what, uh, oes for a living? What his line of
work is, or-
#36: No, I'don't think I have any idea.
#14: That, that seems to prevail.through both this session and the
previous one, which was 702. Uh, but his attitude towards his
job.is almost, uh, like,'!you described almost it was, it was
fun. It was, he was being paid to do something he really liked
to do.
#36: He enjoys challange and..(yawn)..I don't think I'm awake yet.
He likes to.relate with'; people. He particularly derives
great pleasure when he predicts how.someone is going to react
and then proceeds to manipulate them so they do just that.
He's good at it. He enjoys it. And I'm not sure it's part of
his work. I think it is, I think it's a trait he has that
makes him good at what he does but it's not necessarily the, uh,
excepted way of accomplishing it.
#14: And, uh, that would certainly fit.into him pretending to conform
to norms to gain an advantage or avoid unnecessary conflict.

#36: Oh, I feel that his manner of.dress...way he carries himself,
and the way he takes pains to be seen at.certain places, I
think he's d.efinitely,.uh, establishing a, an image that
will work in his favor.
#14: And, where you had him located a year from today. Is there
anything that really brought you on to the location of Massa-
chusetts ,or-
#36: No, no. When you.said that, you know, you said a year from
today I thought, uh-oh, here we go. And I started I guess it
looked like a map of, uh, up towards'the New England states.
And Boston hit me and somethin' said no, further west, further
west, further west. And I.thought, you.know,.this is Massa-
chusetts, but that's ridiculous as hell. I just naturally had
a feeling that he was someone-who was working in Europe.
Uh, but since it hit me without a warning I felt I should, uh,
not try.to analyse:it, just see it.
#14: Right. Okay.
#36: And while I was tryin' to hang onto it because things tend to

blow up I saw this jet that looked like a, that I felt was a
military jet pulling away from me, going up with two jet engines,
extended slightly from the fuselage. I don't know whether those
were on the-wings or on stubs or what. Uh, there's something
else that, uh, some kind of thing that came in there that was
conflicting. Oh! Saw a.long.row of,very long row of troops,
uh, leading away from me. They were in a very straight line.
There was more troops behind them.. I assume they were troops
'cause they were in a olive drab, uh- khaki, khaki, that's
the color.- And they were highly. disciplined, very straight
line, and very, very rigid. And I got maybe 30, 40 feet down
this line and I thought what the hell am I doin' here? Uh,
where is he? Is he in the line?. Is he out here? Is he behind
me? So I turned.around and see. Then I thoughf'well, am I
seeing this through his eyes? Uh, and then a thought hit me,
hey, you know, don't search. or massage this too much or you'll
create something and it'll blow up on you. And I don't know
what happened then. I guess I lost it..
