5 February 1981.
Okay, this is a pre-mission briefing. This morning we're
going to be looking for and trying to identify a particular
dual. 1111 be asking you to o back in time to
Now we
know that this individual visited a bank in
and withdrew money from an account; withdrew all the funds
from a particular account, and we have the account number.
At the beginning of the session then I'll be asking you to
go to nd locate the one and S G1
only individual who services this bank account, whose bank A
account number is registered in this guy's name, it's his
account. I'll be giving you that account number, and asking
you to describe this one individual.
Okay, we don't need a description, a detailed description of
the bank or wherever you find him, if you find him on the
street outside, or wherever you happen to find him. We don't
need too detailed a description of that area, maybe just a
general description so we know about your perceptions. But
we're interested in him, you identifying him, and describing
him, getting close to him, telling us something about him.
After this we will then move to the future, we will move into
the future, and I'll give you a date in the future. I'll ask
you then to describe his location at the future time;
describe his location at the future time. So we're going to
a specific place in the past to find him, and then we'.11 be
going to the future and looking for a specific place where
he is. Do you have any questions?

L. I
+06 #46: There's a...persistent individual... of a man...........
somewhere in his mid or late forties ......... about .....
5' 10", 5' 11". I see, a...two predominant characteristics...
is....very ..... light complected.... pretty fair-skinned, and
he's...picture that won't go away is the fact that he's
half-bald...and is..... mostly...most of his hair from...
the center of his head to the front of his head is bald....
The second feature is that he had a....he has a.?..a paunch...
not an excessive but a...paunch...heavy-waisted...like he
were somewhat overweight... and his build is medium to stocky...
#66: Okay.
#46: See him in a...dark suit and turtleneck.
#66: In what setting do you perceive him to be?
#46: Right in front of the window...right in front of the teller's
window....... There's a very, uh........ there are about......
somethin' like 8 tellers....
See, uh,...there's a big, uh, column in the center of this
place, and around this column, .uh...with a shelf where you
can...prepare stuff for...pre-banking. There are also shelves
.....on the right side of...
#66: Okay.
#46: ...where he is.
#66: Now let me read the bank account number to.you again and see
if you focus on that one individual again.
#46: When you hit the last zero...there were ...yellow, brownish,
horn-rimmed glasses, with a guy about, black hair, 5' 7",
dark, brown suit, younger man...in his 30's.....
PAUSE
#66: Describe the circumstances of this perception.
PAUSE
#46: Just when you get to zero everything changed, that's all...
and the attention was focused immediately on...on somewhat
distinctive horn-rimmed glasses... They're like mustachio-
mixture of chrome, yellow and black, heavy and the rest,
(mumbling).

#66: Okay. Now ask yourself which perception, ask yourself which
perception is the one who withdraws the money from the
account.
+15 #66: The second one. All right. Now provide me a police like
description.
#46: A police?
#66: A police like description of this individual.
#46: Ah...like height, 5 about 7, maybe 6, 5' 6", uh, black, wavy
hair, horn-rimmed glasses, complexion... dark. Sometimes
wears a mustache and a...ah...build is medium, dark eyes,
brown, dark eyes...... probably Latin origin.
#66: What is it that makes you say Latin origin? What is it that
you experience that causes you to say Latin origin?
#46: Like, uh...he came from someplace else but was working in
but he isn't really 0 as is he were part of
a... ip omatic corp or something.
#66: Okay, that is the, that is the, uh, experience that you had
that made you say that?
#66: Okay. Now sticking to this true experience that you had I
want you to move.closer and closer to this individual, and
tell me, is he multi-lingual?.....
#46: Yeah.
#66: Now tell me, when he does his business at the bank, review
the time window on when he does his business
at the bank, what language does he use at the bank?.....
#46: Italian or Spanish...(mumbling). It seems the latter.
#66: Okay. Now tell me the experience that you have that gives
you.that impression. Tell me-
#46: I can't read the, can't read the tender, but it's, it's got
like..."uerta.", Spanish ended like, it sounds like if you
(mumbling).
#66: Say again, I didn't under-
#46: (Mumbling) I can't read, it's just...just a UERTA.... it's
probably Spanish, I don't know!

#66: Okay. Are you saying that the, what you see reminds you in
some way-
SG1A
#46: Yeah!
#66: Okay. Now I want you to refocus your attention on him and
look directly at his face.
#66: Okay. Now I have a rather involved question here, so listen
carefully. Looking at him, I'm interested in his stereotype.
In what area of the world are there others like him?
In what area of the world are there others that look like him?
What is his stereotype?
#46: He's, uh...he could...it's Latin, it's gotta be Latin. It
is Latin.... but.....
#66: Okay, now tell me what, what are the characteristics that make
you say that?....
#46: The, uh, the dark complexion, the, uh, very wavy black hair.
Uh........his very Spanish appearance.
#66: Okay...... Let us turn now to another question. Let's not-
and be very careful, of course, when you attempt to answer
this question that you proceed on the imagery that you get
after the question, and not limit yourself only to what you've
said already- se to him now, move very close to
him now, on very close to him. Move close
to him, and as you approach him, ask him about his place of
birth. Ask him to show you a picture of his place of birth.
Ask him to provide to you, to show you a picture of his place
of.birth, and you tell me about the picture that he shows
you.
SG1A
#46: He was, uh, born on the outskirts of...city, stucco house,
white stucco house....very, very difficult...to get the
name of the country....but it's.... from... an overview looks
as if-it's South America.... It ends with a, with a "IA",
it could be Brazilia, it could be any of those. Seems to be
right in the center of the South American peninsula....
#66: Okay. Return your focus now to time frame. Fix
your impression solely and completely on the individual
drawing the money from the account. Solely and completely
on him. Now do not lose him as you move through time with
him to 15 February 81. Move through time with him to
15 February 81, and describe now his surroundings on 15 Feb-
ruary 1981.

+28 #46: Yeah.... The place is marked by white stones and patios and
white columns... where this type of stone is predominant, com-
mon, easy to get, like, uh...everything is more or less
built with this stuff........
#66: Tell me more about the area.......on 15 February 1981.....
#46: I don't know,this country is a...got ocean or water on both
+30 sides. Sticks out like the, uh, boot of Italy if you wish,
but I don't know if it's Italy or not........ It's surrounded
by water on three sides....
#66: Tell me a little bit about his activity. What's he doing?
#46: He's just alone in this...
#66: 1 didn't understand.
#46: He's just alone in this...scene...it's like a...kinda like
a...like a national, uh...monument or park, except it's not
a park, it's a landmark or something.... it's characterized
by these, uh, white steps and columns.
#66: Okay.
#46: And, uh...all the steps led to the center of this thing...
All looks very, it's like white granite or marble, white
granite, I guess.
#66: Okay. Let's move now to present time, to present time right
now. Focus on the individual who draws the money from the
bank right now, right now, present time. Describe this area
to me.
#46: It's an apartment house flush with the street, uh, very, very,
quick impressions here! Uh., it sits on the corner of two
streets. He's in.. .second story..... and... I, uh...
#66: Now move closer to him in present time, right now, right now,
present time, closer and closer to him right now, present
time. Describe his activity. What's he doing right now?
#46: He's handling the papers from the top drawer of a very glossy...
brownish almost, orange veneer type chest of drawers, in the
living room. It's a small drawer.
#66: Okay. Now as he's doing this, let him continue his work, as
he's doing this let him continue what he's doing. I want you
now to move even closer to him, even closer to him and tell
me what does he do for a living? Ask him what does he do for
a living. What is his profession?

#46: It's as if he were pretending to be on a leave of absence,
think what he wants to concentrate on his import-export
shipping business.
#66: Tell me some of your imagery that gives you this impression.
#46: Port activities, uh, reflection on his former job... diplomatic
overtones, a, uh, long travel, not that long, in fact he
never flew, he book a train. And then...then what he wants
to do (mumbling).
#46: Get in with a shipping firm...brokerage firm, import-export,
(mumbling) is the port of activities, ships coming in and
out.
#66: Okay. I have no further questions about this individual who
withdraws the money from the bank. If there's anything you'd
like to add please do so now.
#46: I just need one or two minutes here.
#66: All right, fine...........
#46: Okay, I'm all finished, I'm all done.
#66: Okay. Bring your attention to focus back here on me and the
room. Move your arms, move your legs.
Okay, I'm.not gonna ask you to draw any pictures but what I
would like you to do is explain to me once again this
dilemrthetween two individuals here and then explain, uh,
or actually, uh, describe this individual that you feel
services this account.
#46: Yeah, well when we're talkin' about and individuals SG I
there's a lot of overlay that came about. And even before A
we started I had this, this mental picture of the light
complected, bald-heading, middle aged, somewhat pouchy indiv-
idual. Okay? Now, when-when you reiterated the, uh, account
number, much to my own personal dismay, the entire picture
changed. I would've, uh, much better...uh, derived more
satisfaction had that imagery been continuous and I would
have been working about, against the same guy. But on the
second, on the second time around when you mentioned the
account number, the entire picture changed, and what loomed
before everything and I figured well I'd just follow what
came through. And that was the horn-rimmed glasses and, uh,
then the entire body fell into place with the dark, swarthy
hair, 5' 7", uh...Latin-appearing individual.

#66: And by Latin appearing what, what does that mean to you?
#46: To me is Spanish, dark, swarthy. But I was trying to deter-
mine how this man, if I could get a hint of how, what
language he was thinking in when he was doing business at
the bank, and it just came out a predominance of
"uerta", which, you know, could be, I don't know, Italian,
Latin, uh, Spanish or something.
#66: Okay.
#46: I took off on that tangent.
#66: Okay. What color eyes did this individual have?
#46: Very, uh, dark eyes, very dark brown eyes.
#66: Dark complected, uh, did he have any facial hair?
#46: No, no. Only, uh, the only, there was a variation in the
picture and that is, it's as if he could put on and take off
a mustache at will. Very dark, black mustache!
#66: Any distinguishing scars or marks?
#46: No, except that his hair was, he had a fuller head of hair
than normal people do and it was wavy, very wavy and very
black. Very reflective almost, it was so...nice hair, if
you wish.
#66: And, what you said, how tall was he you said?
#46: About 5' 7".
#66: His build?
#46: Uh, slight to medium, certainly not exceeding medium.
#66: Okay, so he is not a tall man?
#46: No, no definitely not.
#66: Okay... Anything else you can tell me about his personal
appearance?
#46: No,.uh, always the appearance of a professional man. Like
a well-dressed bachelor, uh, the, the, uh, which I didn't
mention, but came back, the impression of a man wearing dark
suits or brown suits with turtlenecks. Turtlenecks kept
coming up, even when I picked him up the second time, he was
in a turtleneck. The impression of a bachelor with money,
"bon-vivant" type, but not excessive, just very well-off, who,
uh, wants to maintain that kind of professional, but almost
affluent image if you wish.

#66: Okay, and later in the session when I asked to turn into kind
of what he does, what's his job, what kind of business is
he in?
#46: Yes, I was....the impressions were three-fold, and that is
one that he had been in within the diplomatic circles
or something, allied to it, left and went south. And that
came up spontaneously.
And then I later realized that he had not flown. I didn't
say anything about flying, but it was by train. And that, uh,
where he was staying he was almost pretending or trying to
put across the impression that he was on a, sort of leave
status, and what he really had in mind was going into a
shipping, import-export business firm. And I think eventually
his ambition is to be a broker in that type of field. But
that was very, very rapid.
#66: Okay. But he- tell me more about this impression of something
to.do with the diplomatic situation in
#46: It was something, he was working on the economy, but
he was not almost part of it. He was integrated in it but he
definitely was not 0 for one thing. So it was like, uh,
almost like a alien adopting the ways and the idiosyncracy of
that populace, but he definitely was not, did not belong to
them. He was there on, on a, uh, hiring basis He was simply
employed within that environment.
#66: And what environment was this?
#46: A business, diplomatic environment.
#66: Okay. Okay, anything.else you'd like to add?
#46: No.
#66: Okay, fine.
