REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-29
1. NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (9*NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use
of the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. m"ONOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S),
undated.
4.WOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

TIME
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 4 December 1980;
mission time is 1400 hours.
PAUSE
All right #01 the time is now 1400 hours. Your mission for
today is to find the individual in the photograph. I want
you now to relax, focus,concentrate on the individual in the
photo and describe his location to me.
PAUSE
near a city... perhaps, ah, 150,00 population.....

in a building in, in this city, it's, ah........can't tell
what kind.... structure, but it's, it's about 10 years old....
semi-, semi-modern in design. There's an exterior wall.....
some, ah. ,....just a minute. I'm in trouble deciding what
floor this building 'as..... like 3 floors, but I can't, I can't
tell if he's on the ground floor or if he's in the basement.
He is in the basement. 'sides get a below ground feeling
there. He's even with the ground. Feel like there's not many
cars in this town. Either I'm not seeing...... very many
automobiles or anything. Seein' a lot of people walking
though, and..... truck, truck vehicles. He's, ah.....not
doing anything really activity wise,. except .......looks
sitting. Not quite sitting either, he's sort of half
sitting, half relaxing on, on a bench like place in this
room. It's apparently is waiting for someone, then he's
goin' to leave. He's waiting because.....I think it's what
he's asked to do is wait ...........
#14: All right #01, at this time I'm going to move you ahead
through time at 24 hour intervals. As you're mo\ing through
this 24 hour period of time I want you to scan it and
describe any significant activities or events that this
individual may be doing or involved with. I want you now
to slowly proceed forward to the 5th of December, 5th of
December scanning as you move.

he's exchanging something picking up a master record or.....
formatted record of some kind.

#01: Some how he's very, ah, dis:(mumble) ..............'
appears to be an office in this same building. Hes 'changing
ah.... he's exchanging some papers that reflect some material
that he has for his record. It's like master thing, and,
ah, they're verifying, ah, the contents o' list of what he's
trading. I'm gettin' a feeling of great, great risk, risk and
ah, some form of danger to him that may be just something that
he's concerned about. Feel like there's other people
concerned. That this may be, ah, some, like a come-on or
fake deal or something that might go sour. But, he's tryin'
to carry this deal out anyway.by exchanging something for a

master record or..... or list of information.
Let me concentrate on that
general feelings on that.......

#01: I'm getting a feeling like, I think where my confusion is
coming in is...this guy is, I'm confused about what's,
this ..... guy's part in this deal is, I think there's a
second party that's gone with the....that has gone to
carry the printing material and this guy that I'm targeting
is either part of the deal or he's there already, and he's
.......coming out with this master record of this information,

Give me just a minute. Gettin' very gestaltic
and they're really hard to, to translate. Just a

#01: Ah, this ...... this other person is....issf o reign. Noto, to
American, and is.... I keep wanting,
make him like Slovic country type nationality, but........
I'm not gettin' any kind of a feeling of association.
It's more of a, a remote satellite type
just a minute. Bulgarian or Romanian. This guy is...ah...
maybe coming from one of those countries. He has knowledge
or information, but I can't, I think one of the reasons
I'm having difficulty with that is, it's a, ah, it's a
knowledge rather than a written or a formatted information,

#01: acid he's being ..... he's making a deal or being bought
out by this other man. I think there's a great deal of
risk involved with this. Exchange has to take place, and
.....the man I'm targeting is gone into this country to
carry out the, this exchange, and this is a great cause
for risk. I think this person's in hiding that has, he's
gone in to get. You know. He's at least restricted in
his ability to move about freely or extricate himself
from his own situation. So.......... this man we sent is
do so, and there's, there is risk. And, this is what's
going on.It's these strip-this surreptitious meeting. is
occurring and ... It's, it's really hard to describe
because I'm getting feeling more than anything. I'm
highly charged emotional tenseness and feeling.
#14: Okay. I want you now to continue moving forward in time
to 6 December. As you're moving forward in time, again
describe any significant activities or events.
PAUSE
#01: I don't get any differences, but I get a feeling that.....
a new feeling. Like concerns finances. I don't know if it's
the information that's financial information or economic
+15 information, but it's some...I'm getting a financial feeling
like money or to some great value...form- some form of great
value is exchanging........ I think it's being exchanged.
I don't...... give me another minute yet.
PAUSE
#01: Think this is like a payoff of some kind, ah, whatever the
value is that is being exchanged it's been done now. The,
the grid payoff has been made. I don't get any other differences,
in feeling or any kind of significant event than this. I
don't, just don't quite understand what the value is.
#14: All right #01. I'm going to move you forward in time again once
more for a twenty-four period, twenty-four hour period of time
through 7 December 1980, 7 December. I want you to. slowly
scan that time period describing again any significant
+20 activities or events surrounding the individual in the photo.
PAUSE
#01: I'm not getting anything at all now. I'm getting the original
building that I started with, and I'm getting a general feeling
of entering and just dropping some papers or some folders
and leaving. He goes in the door and just moves to an office

#01: and..... like drops some folders or papers, and then ....
signs something. And, he picks up a book of some kind.
Very small book and then proceeds out, and gets in a, a
auto of some kind, and then drives away, leaving. It's
like he's finished, and he's just taking care of some
errand that has to be done before he can leave.........
It's like he's just dropped some things off to a third
party; U.S. third party. It's, I can't explain it, but he
drops these things off and picks up this book and then he
leaves.
#01: I, I have this sensation that it's...for good leaving. He's
not..... staying or coming back......I also get an air travel
type feeling to which I don't, I don't know if that's clutter
or what it.is. But, I get a feeling that there 'a travel.
So, that's all I got, I don't.......
#14: Okay. I want to bring.you back to present time from the
future, but as I bring you back, I want you to stop off
to the place where the exchange of this material took place,
and tell me where the location is, and what the surroundings
are around there.
#01: Okay. Oh, wait, wait just a minute.
#01: Looks like a beautiful village on a hillside by a large
lake. It's like an old area of Pennsylvania, very thick,
green forests, and rugged mountains or hills. Somewhere
between, wait a minute.
#01: Up past, up past what used to be Constantinople, up through
that Isthmas.... north, northern side of the lake, like
northeast of where Greece is on a map. I don't, I mean it's
too far over to Yugloslavia. It's gotta be Rumania. Ah,
coastal village; beautiful village. Gettin' flashes of a
ship for some reason. I don't, ah, I don't know what that
has to do with it. May be just in the village area. The
building is old...castle type building, stone, 3 stories
above ground. One of 'em are stories underground. Dates
to maybe between 12 and 15 hundred A.D. And, is something
like a......... holding area. I don't understand that. ...
Holding area, waiting area or, get mixed feelings. It's
like...two purpose building ....... That's all I'm getting.
#14: Okay. I have no further questions at this time. I want you
now to come on back to present time, and then when you're
back and you're ready to take a deep breath and stretch,
feel free to do so.

#14: We're ready for the drawings at this time.
PAUSE
#01: Okay. This, ah, this building, whatever, I got a feeling like
I was looking in a....some kind of a...a.wall that went like
this, and back of this wall was this large 3-storey building.
Like this, and had one of these big...like fancy pillared
entrances on a....on a side...very large windows. A monist-
like a monistery look to it, I guess. This kind of an affect.
I don't, you know that's a very general thing. It was like
...hills or something directly behind it on one side, and
very tall tree line, like on the other side.
Back in here ...those were like trees. It just looked like an
old castle type building. Like, almost like a residence type
building...a monistery type building.
#14: Okay. This is the building where the exchange took'place?
#01: Yeah. Well, this is the, ah...this is the first building, okay.
And, this building is what kept occurring. You know, I don.!'-It
think the building ever changed.
#14: Okay. So all the activity centered around this, this building.
#01: Yeah. I don't think the building itself ever changed.
I just get the feeling like this was like built between
12 and 14 hundred. That kind of building, stone, heavy stone,
and very old.
#14: Aha, well, well thatuought about do it then.
#01: I don't, ...
#14: I can't think of anything else, ah.
#01: I can give you a general map of the world location .........
#14: Okay. Why don't you do that?
#01: as relates to water and mountains and stuff. Then like......
....... mo is like this was like, for some reason, I guess I
was going to the time period of this building or something.
I was trying to see where this was, because...I never wanted
to say Istanbul. I kept saying,, wanting to say Constantinople,
okay.....which I don't know how to spell. It would be right
here. And, this is the Med.... Mediterranean, and this Greece.
I had a feeling like this village is like in this area up
here. This being Greece, Yugloslavia. I guess this is
Rumania. You know, I just got a feeling like it was up here
in this Transylvania area, okay...the old Transylvania .....

#01 : Yeah. You know, everything is so gestalic in this session,
geeze, I, you know. It's almost like ..... I was reading
feelings more than I was seeing things and, and....like I
can't tell if we're, if my target guy has gone in there to
bring out information or bring this guy out, you know.
#14: Aha.
#01: And, and I just can't pin down what it is he's exchanging,
other than that, so...you know, one minute I'm thinking
monetary value, and the next minute I'm thinking something I worth maconfused?I get. The th'ink
it the more
in the session itself.

1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the start of this session the remote viewer was
shown the attached photograph, and was told that he will be using that
individual as a target beacon. The viewer was also told that the informa-
tion he provided during Session DC-17, dated 21 November 1980, contained
some good information concerning this project.
2. (S/NOFORN) At the start of this session the remote viewer was asked
to locate the individual in the photograph and describe his surroundings.
The viewer was then asked to move forward in time, through the 7th of December
1980, describing any significant activities or events that take place along
the way.
